What a lovely residential building and community! My only regret is not moving here sooner! Thanks to the team for keeping it so well maintained, friendly, and comfortable for all :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This apartment is in a fantastic location. Very central to town, however there is minimal road noise due to the fantastic insulation of the windows. Have not heard noise from other flats. There are some bus stops nearby too. Parking in the complex can be limited but this complex has more parking spots than others surrounding meaning you are more likely to get a space allocated to you. The apartment is a good size, all appliances work well. Was immaculately clean when we moved in. Well insulated keeping bills down in the winter. Maintenance are very easy to contact and come fairly promptly if needed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, I raised an issue about a tap fixture in my bathroom being loose and they sorted it within days. Ventilation systems are regularly checked.

How easy it would be to live here. The community already living here are so respectful and nice.

Excellent central location with convenient parking provided. There perhaps should be some arrangement for 'home shopping' deliveries as this is common practice. How do you get home shopping from the arrival point to your appartment ?

I’ve lived in Leicester all my life, therefore I know the area well, The Wullcomb is in close proximity to many of the bars, restaurants, shops and theatres. The local parks are also within a short walking distance. Bus and transport routes from the location are also a short walking distance. In terms of antisocial behaviour, The Wullcomb is a concierge managed building; and in the 6 years at the location personally have not come across any issues.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have raised have been dealt with in a timely manner via the resident portal app.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
N/a as I was well advised of all required information prior to moving in.

Absolutely love living here and as a young girl living independently feel safe and secure. Always someone on hand to contact if I ever need it. My parcels are always taken in safely which is so helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes. I have had minimal problems but washing machine, smoke detectors and a broken toilet were attended to quickly and efficiently.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Nothing to report. The only possible thing would be that sometimes it is difficult for visitors to park.
