Train station within walking distance, with a good high street for shopping. Staff are very friendly.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have raised four maintenance requests now, and Stuart has come each time to help fix and minor issues. Stuart is always very friendly, and talkative and completes the job to a high standard in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would have liked to have been told about Insite Energy, when we moved in, who heat the water for the estate. We did not know about them, so it came through a few months later as a random bill we hadn't paid.

Sutton is one the best places to live in London. In terms of transportation, there are many trains options which will only take you 30 mins to get to central London, it is also very convenient for grocery shopping since there are many supermarket on the high street. You will feel safe since the crime rate is very low.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very supportive and responsive when I have an inquiry.

Always so dusty since it is near the train station

The Well House is located conveniently near Sutton High Street. The station is just a stones throw away. In terms of the building, the housekeeping team always helps keep the premises clean. There’s a nice vibe to the residence with amenities like Gym and Lounge access included in the rent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly. Special mention to Stuart who acknowledges and jump on to any maintenance work as soon as it is raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
What we lack is a place or a playing area for the kids.

Enjoy the perfect balance of convenience and quiet, with downtown just a 10-minute walk away and the station a mere 5-minute stroll. This location is ideal for those who want to be close to the action while living in a more peaceful area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The team is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, and they always greet you with a smile.

The maintenance team is highly dedicated to resolving issues. While minor maintenance concerns are a normal part of any property, you can count on the team to address them quickly and effectively.
