Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Being so close to the station is an advantage that cannot be overstated. Plus the closeness to high street is also a plus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has been very quick with responses and maintenance requests. The maintenance team especially are very quick to sort out issues that we’ve come across. Shout out to Wes who was very quick to fix an issue we encountered.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There are a lot more amenities available then one may think.

Right behind train station. So its ideal for commute. Not the best variety of restaurants nearby. Closeby to Sutton high street
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Stuart has been very helpful with Maintenance requests. Even if its a quick task, he is ready to help immediately when requested.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Exhaust Extraction system design is not the best. While cooking, the smell does spread throughout the house. The Apartment has a single Washer / Dryer Unit ( instead of separate units) . This is not ideal for drying clothes in a small drumsize.

Living in Sutton has been a great experience so far. The area is very convenient with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. High Street is close by, making it easy to get groceries or grab a coffee. The transport links are also excellent for commuting.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is very responsive. Today, Stuart visited to fix several issues. He was very professional and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. It's great to have such a reliable team on-site.

The concierge service makes it so easy to receive packages safely.

Good transport links and convenient access to local amenities like supermarkets and many others in the high street
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Maintenance team is responsive and efficient. On several occasions, team member Stuart, he is the 5 star staff who always been very helpful and efficient and really demonstrated the consistently high standard of work with his professionalism, diligence, and attention to detail are of an exceptional level. Stewart has shown his commitment to maintaining a safe and well-presented environment. His dedication and reliability are highly valued and greatly appreciated.

Certain utilities contractors selection are somehow restricted.
