The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

The location is so convenient. All the daily needs, shops and restaurants are within walkable distance. Besides, train station is nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team responds to problems and issues promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s better to know the direction the apartment facing and any construction carried out on that direction. As construction is carrying out opposite to the building, the bad thing is so much dust comes out from the construction.

Good quality shops (supermarkets, restaurants) and open spaces (Manor Park). Very convenient as close to Sutton Station. Extra charge for parking in the building as a resident and no visitor parking available. No anti-social behaviour or issues with traffic noise but you can hear trains going past from the train station. No issues with bin collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team here is exceptional. Jezza was incredibly helpful when I first moved in, taking the time to show me around the building, my apartment, and allocation of my parking space. She answered all of my questions patiently and made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. Jasmine has also been wonderful, especially in assisting me with setting up the parcel delivery service. This service is a game-changer, as it allows my packages to be delivered securely to the parcel room. I no longer have to worry about being home to receive deliveries, and I can collect my packages whenever it’s convenient for me. Stuart addresses any maintenance issues in my apartment promptly and ensures that everything is taken care of to the highest standard. It’s reassuring to know that any issues I have will be resolved quickly and professionally. He is very friendly and it's nice to have a conversation with him whenever I bump into him around the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be mindful of the noise of the construction of new flats in the ex-B&Q site and train sound.

The location is close to everything you could want, there are many shops, bars, restaurants for daily needs. Good transport link and easy access to anywhere. Very peaceful neighborhood and area and a lovely park nearby.

Living in Sutton is a pleasant experience, there are a number of good shops, a decent amount of green areas, it is a quick train ride to Central London, is near to work for me & the sense of community is real. I strongly recommend for any stages of life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the management team always responds quickly and efficiently to my requests. I feel supported and heard.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No brainer, regardless the relatively high rent prices, I feel it is worth living here. I hope to be able to keep my tenancy going for years to come.
