The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Perfect location, close to the train station (although the noise is not disturbing) and to schools. Parking is available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive Maintenence team. I submitted a maintenence request for malfunctioning washing machine on a Sunday evening, and on Monday morning Stuart from the maintenance team was there to fix it.

Amazing staff amazing service the well house is a great place to live in given the surrounding area of the property it’s absolutely worth it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart was amazing!! He helped put a new washing machine and his service was excellent! Very friendly and professional.

I was new to London when I moved in and ever since I have been living here it’s amazing

Stuart provides outstanding maintenance service. He is friendly, approachable, and reliable, making every interaction stress-free.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have submitted a couple of maintenance requests over the past few months and every single one is handled promptly, often within a day, with no hassle at all.

We’ve been living in Well House for three years and have been very happy with the location, amenities, and services. We’re excited to be moving to a bigger flat within Well House in the next couple of months, as the overall experience here has been excellent.
