All the staff members are lovely at The Well House. We have been welcomed so well by Jasmine, Matty and Chris! Additionally, Stuart and Teresa in management have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! Everyone is so kind and friendly!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Very helpful management and maintenance. Easy to communicate with team and gain quick responses. Streamlined way to raise maintenance requests. Matt has been very helpful and Stuart was quick to address any concerns that came up regarding maintenance

Excellent Living at Sutton Plaza

This is a modern development with state of the art facilities and a very responsive management team to resolve any issues that arise. Also communal events and facilities are exceptional and we make the best use of it. I absolutely love the stay here.

Extremely happy with the overall experience of onbaording and stay by Jezza and the management team here at Sutton Plaza.

Jasmine has been helpful in answering any inquiries. Mr Stuart is very efficient and responsible for repairs and maintenance. Nice gym and private lounges for residents. It would be more ideal if there are more shelves or cabinets for indoor storage.

Very convenient as close to both bus and train station. Bin collection is slightly inconvenient without canopy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mr Stuart is very helpful with quick response for repairs and maintenance. Excellent reporting system via the app.

I would like to know the companies’ name of the utility suppliers.

The maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. Staff Stuart is very conscientious and efficient, and he is attentive to what he does. Moreover, maintenance problems can be raised in the app. It is so convenient. The flat is spacious. It would be great if more cupboards or drawers could be provided for storage.

The location is very good. The estate is very close to the train station and high street. There will be a little bit of noise when the train passes by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and responsive. Staff Stuart is very nice and helpful

It would be great if the name of the utility provider could be provided earlier.
