The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Close to the station and lot of shops around the area. Very nice place to live Bus stops also very close

Very fast and Stuart was very professional I really recommend him

Variety of shops & facilities available in the high street. Very convenient to commute to different places by means of train/ buses.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We greatly appreciate Paul’s exceptional & professional service. One of our critical electric appliances was down just before the bank holiday. Soon after we have reported it, Paul came to our apartment to look into the matter. He had promptly arranged the fix for us with his colleague. We are very pleased to have Paul around!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good availability of parking spots for residents. Some parking spots have charging facilities for electric vehicles.

It is a nice development within a central location- proximity to Rail station and High Street for shopping and walks. No observable bad aspects for now.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the building management have seamless means of lodging issues and respond immediately. Mr. Staurt from the maintenance team follows up and provide expert service for repairs. Grateful for his technical inputs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew the property early enough after months of property search moving into London.

Living here since 2022 and never had a major complaint Location is close to schools and supermarkets and very convenient to reach London as well

Always easy to communicate and quick intervention when needed

Nothing relevant. I was expecting an high standard and not being disappointed as of today
