Beautiful neighbourhood, great area, green and gorgeous! Worry free leasing, trustworthy terms and conditions.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As we moved in we had some trouble with washing machine: Stuart came checked and replaced washing machine within 2 days. Similarly one of our windows stuck, Paul came in and he already knew what he will be doing. Sorted the problem in less than 5minutes gave me good training and also promised me that if I can do these windows well without getting them stuck again he will get me job in maintenance!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If we had known built for renters is such a good choice, we would have opted it earlier!

The quality of local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces are brilliant particularly in terms of convenience. Easy to reach for daily shopping and donning, close to train stations and convenient commute to Central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responded to my problems promptly and swiftly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue that I am currently facing with here at The Well House but unfortunately won’t have any solution is the huge construction site right next to the room. The B & Q had been taken down and became a huge construction site that largely affect our living environment here not only in terms of noise issue but also dusty issues.

Great maintenance team

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect for one who needs to commute to city. It’s only 4 minutes walk from the train station, plenty of buses going north and east, but still located at a quiet corner and away from the busy High Street which is 2 minutes away. Unfortunately is has become very noisy and dusty with a building sites next to it that started work at the beginning of the year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team is great. An issue reported normally gets resolved within half to one day, sometimes in a few hours. Thank you for Stuart and Paul who are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I knew rental increase is that high, I may opt for other properties

Good - location is super. easy access to public transportation eg. train, bus. Restaurants, groceries are easy Bad - parking for visitors for TWH is not clear?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time when I raised a problem/issue, the response from the team was always fast. Never delay. Just had a problem with the washing machine recently. Stuart has solved this problem for me within 2 days!! Excellent job!!

The nearby potential construction sites. That is important to know in advance.

Good - Location wise. Convenient transportation. Easy access. Bad - a little over populated. Not enough big open parks like cheam park

The building management responded to all the issues I have raised are very promptly. Most of the time their response are within 24 hours
