Good - location is super. easy access to public transportation eg. train, bus. Restaurants, groceries are easy Bad - parking for visitors for TWH is not clear?

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time when I raised a problem/issue, the response from the team was always fast. Never delay. Just had a problem with the washing machine recently. Stuart has solved this problem for me within 2 days!! Excellent job!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The nearby potential construction sites. That is important to know in advance.

Good - Location wise. Convenient transportation. Easy access. Bad - a little over populated. Not enough big open parks like cheam park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded to all the issues I have raised are very promptly. Most of the time their response are within 24 hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing particular. That is because you can get all the info from internet.

Living here comes with comfort. The proximity to all the local transport stations, easy access to high street for groceries, safety and the neatness of the environment

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response has been fantastic, I have never experienced any unusual delay. Stuart has been such a fantastic human, always willing to help and goes all out to ensure satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Changing of furniture. I am stuck with the furniture I met here after living in the apartment for almost 3yrs

Close to the train station, making it easy to commute to central London. Additionally, it is conveniently located near the high street, although Morrisons was closed for a year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is very supportive. They manage the repair ticket on time with good quality, especially Stuart, who is very knowledgeable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not at all, people are nice here. I would love to know this place earlier in my life
