How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
As always, building management gives responses to my issues promptly.

The transportation here is convenient, and it only takes half an hour to get to Victoria Station. There are many shops, banks and supermarkets on the high street, making shopping very convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The manager team can sort out my problems very quickly.

Mr. Stunrt is a friendly and professional maintenance person. I feel good about every maintenance experience. This proves that the building has an excellent management team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The quality of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces are excellent. The transport links are great, It would be more convenient and safer, if there is a bus stop in front of Well House. Parking for visitors is a problem, the handful of parking at the rear of the building is not always available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management response to problems has been swift and reasonable. Maintenance man Stuart stands out particularly, I have found him to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional maintenance person. Thank you Stuart .
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It was lovely to discover the community full of Well House, although I have been able to take full advantage of it because I am a shift worker, but I definitely plan to participate in community activities in future.

The area is close to the station (great for commuters, a few minutes walk) and the high street with shops restaurants and supermarkets. Recommending it.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Always responding in a timely manner, kind and efficient, leaving the place perfect and tidy, as mentioned before Paul and Stuart have been impeccable on more than one occasion. As far as the management is concerned, cannot fault Jasmine of her kindness and efficiency.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
My only comment would be how unfriendly the lodgers are. Management tries to create a sense of community but in general people here don’t even acknowledge your presence (one has actually decided not to share the lift with me, maybe I stink?…). But that has nothing to do with the place.

The area has a good mix of shops, restaurants, bars, and parks, with accessible transport links, . Living is generally pleasant, with decent parking, regular bin collections, and manageable well maintained
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Stuart - Maintenance was very helpful and solved all the issues very quickly and effectively, he was extremely kind as well
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Stuart kindly shared that there was a summer mode for the ventilation system which was extremely helpful in the heat
