Close to trains & buses connecting to Surrey & central London. Good range of local shops & restaurants nearby. Some food delivery couriers have difficulty parking their cars when delivering online food orders. Recycling bulky items is difficult without a car/van - there's a charge by local council.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick responses & resolutions from the maintenance staff (Stuart) for any problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No supermarket nearby since Morrisons closed. Without a car or taking a bus, it's a proper climb uphill with the grocery shopping! Use online order delivery for the heavy goods.

Sutton is a lovely place to live, with a friendly and welcoming community. The area is well-equipped with everything you need for everyday life, including a good variety of supermarkets for convenient shopping. It’s also ideal for those without a car, as there are bus and train services available

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Submitted a ticket and got fixed within hours by Stuart!! So quick and efficient!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the Morrison’s and B&Q would be closed for ever :(

Sutton is a lovely place to live, with a friendly and welcoming community. The area is well-equipped with everything you need for everyday life, including a good variety of supermarkets for convenient shopping. It’s also ideal for those without a car, as there are bus and train services available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive whenever I’ve raised an issue. It’s really convenient to submit requests through the platform, and they usually reply very quickly. Stuart has been especially helpful – he came to check our maintenance request first thing on Monday morning and arranged for a contractor the same day. The issue was resolved by the following morning, which was impressively fast.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is currently some construction work nearby, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings if the windows are open. The maintenance service is very fast and reliable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very convenient and safe overall. There are a range of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance, which makes daily life very easy. Public transport is accessible and reliable. Bin collection is regular, though occasionally the schedule changes without notice. There is limited street parking nearby, but residents have secure underground parking. The environment is clean, and noise levels are low, which makes it comfortable to live here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team always responds quickly. For example, when our washing machine door broke, a technician (Stuart) came promptly and solved the issue in one visit. Their communication is also very clear.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the walls are not very soundproof — you can sometimes hear noise from neighbouring flats.

I want to express my sincere appreciation for the whole management team’s consistent politeness and professionalism. Everyone is always courteous, respectful, and efficient in their work, carrying out their duties with a calm and friendly attitude. Knowing that concerns are handled with care and attention is always reassuring. Your continued hard work and support are genuinely appreciated.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any problems or issues we raised. They are courteous and take the time to understand the situation before addressing it efficiently. It was usually resolved quickly whenever we reported something, which gave us confidence that our concerns were taken seriously. Their helpful and attentive approach made living here much easier and more comfortable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I didn’t reasonably expect was to miss out on spectacular Northern Lights and fireworks on New Year’s Eve — it turns out this isn’t quite the Arctic! But all in good spirits, it’s still been a lovely place to call home.
