Alot of nice food places, groceries and clothing in the high street. I feel very safe around with my family and everything is in walking distance

Very promptly, put in a request last night and it got fixed in the morning. Stuart was quite professional and helpful

The train noise is a bit much. But eventually you get used to it and barely notice

The station is right behind the area, so it is very easy to travel to the City. Transport links are good and commuting is convenient. The area is generally quiet and safe, and there are also some nice green spaces around.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I live in flat and had an issue where water was leaking from the ceiling. I reported the problem and the management team responded very quickly. Stuart was very kind and handled the situation promptly. He visited several times to check and help resolve the issue, which I really appreciate
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how good the underfloor heating is. It keeps the flat very warm and comfortable. The soundproofing is also excellent, so it is very quiet and you rarely hear noise from neighbours. These are great features of the building.

There are many different supermarkets, food stalls, and restaurants for you to choose from. Sutton strain station is just 3min walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team responded quickly to any problems or issues I raised.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would like to know the conditions of the apartment, such as the mattress condition, the sofa condition, the ventilation condition etc. The ventilation filter has been in poor condition before I moved in and the condition remains the same after I have moved in for 5 months.

The location of the development is just great. It's situated close to Sutton Train Station with just 5 min walk. There are lots of bus routes around too. There are various shops on the high street that meet every day needs, e.g. banks , houseware shops , restaurants , sports shops , clothes shops etc.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management maintenance team was responsive. Stuart is kind and friendly. He explained the conditions of my out-of-order doorbell clearly. After 3 visits of repair the doorbell was back to normal. Only one issue remains unsolved., that is the faulty air ventilation machine producing loud mechanical faults noise. The management staff came to inspect the faulty machine and promised to replace it when the new parts are available. This remains outstanding after 4 months.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
It us better to allow the potential tenants to view the actual views abd conditions of the flat before making a decision to rent it. More common area photos like ground floor lobby , corridors, lifts , garbage room etc.
