All the staff members are lovely at The Well House. We have been welcomed so well by Jasmine, Matty and Chris! Additionally, Stuart and Teresa in management have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! Everyone is so kind and friendly!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

The building is well maintained by staff and everyone is very helpful and kind. Jasmine was helpful in sorting out all our documents and answering our inquiries. Jezza was very quick in accommodating our late update with the moving van and providing an extra fob key since me and my family have different shift times. We really appreciated the quick response from the management in which made our transfer smooth.

The Well House is literally a walking distance from Sutton Station and Sutton high street where all the shops are.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the staff were very quick and efficient. They respnd to emails very fast and they are very approachable.

None. Everything was already laid out to us and they answered all our inquiries

Excellent design and commendable management . Gym and lounges are great! Would love to see more facilities like swimming pool and kids playarea . Overall very satisfying arrangements present and pleasant view from broad balconies. A bit expensive to rent though!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good number of restaurants and pubs, good connectivity with trains and buses but unfortunately no good shopping complex with good brands, main have closed down! Parking space is adequate on premise but public parking is limited with very less options of free parking. Parks and gardens available but on premise kids area and swimming pool is missing .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt response and any maintenance issue raised is resolved within a day or 2. Great job done by Ross and Stuart! Friendly neighbours! Enjoyable small celebrations around the year!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are lots of EV charging spots available within the premise but all are uncontrolled and difficult to use due to lack of network.

We have taken on board your comment regarding the amenities on site and are working on plans to expand our offerings although we are limited on space unfortunately so I don't think a swimming pool will be possible however there are local leisure centres with pools in neighbouring Cheam and Carshalton. We had an issue with our windows but Paul from facilities helped fix these and actually managed to do it for all our windows. This was done within 24 hours of asking for help so we are massively appreciative! The building is also cleaned regularly and well.

Area is really strong, we have great transport links and there is a lot to do around us. We are a short distance to London

Really week, they have been really quick to fix things as seen here.

How to work the boiler, otherwise everything else has been great.

Wellhouse is one of the best located residential properties in Sutton. It's less than 5 minutes walk from Sutton station. Its very secured and residents in addition to spacious and airy flats, they also have access to a range of amenities like gym, lounge, co-working areas, etc. within the property.

Sutton is a nice and safe town with quick and easy transport access to Central London. The high street has a broad range of supermarkets, cafe and stores.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance related responses are quick and effective.

Can't think of any negatives about wellhouse. High spec residential property with good transport connection to London and within few minutes of walking from Sutton High Street.
