We just moved in, it is very lovely. Close to train station and high street area with plenty of shops and supermarkets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very professional, positive while providing solutions. All was done in a short timeframe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can’t find anything specific, maybe it would’ve been easier to set up if we know how the heating system works so we can diagnose the issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Alot of nice food places, groceries and clothing in the high street. I feel very safe around with my family and everything is in walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly, put in a request last night and it got fixed in the morning. Stuart was quite professional and helpful

The train noise is a bit much. But eventually you get used to it and barely notice

The station is right behind the area, so it is very easy to travel to the City. Transport links are good and commuting is convenient. The area is generally quiet and safe, and there are also some nice green spaces around.

I live in flat and had an issue where water was leaking from the ceiling. I reported the problem and the management team responded very quickly. Stuart was very kind and handled the situation promptly. He visited several times to check and help resolve the issue, which I really appreciate

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how good the underfloor heating is. It keeps the flat very warm and comfortable. The soundproofing is also excellent, so it is very quiet and you rarely hear noise from neighbours. These are great features of the building.

We love living in this area, it is near high street, various shops and restaurants, and plenty of delivery options

Stuart has always been prompt and helpful to any maintenance requests

Lots of community events and feels like a safe area

There are many different supermarkets, food stalls, and restaurants for you to choose from. Sutton strain station is just 3min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team responded quickly to any problems or issues I raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would like to know the conditions of the apartment, such as the mattress condition, the sofa condition, the ventilation condition etc. The ventilation filter has been in poor condition before I moved in and the condition remains the same after I have moved in for 5 months.
