The station is ONLY 4 mins walk! Everything’s nearby from shops, restaurants, high street, groceries, salon, you name it! Parking nearby at Morrisons and B&Q.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Stuart and Teresa have both been super helpful! It’s only been a week and they’ve solved all our problems within a flash! They’re both so kind and friendly!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How smooth everything was going to be The ‘professional cleaning’ hadn’t been done properly so maybe change who you use.

Ideally located next to Sutton Station. Closest supermarket is ASDA 10mins walk. Pharmacist and some variety of restaurants located nearby. Very close to High Street .
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
All maintenance requests have been carried out promptly. Thanks to Paul is who very professional and skillful at his work.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The Washington Machine wasn't ready for use. Eventually it had to be replaced, but it was considered as high priority by the management team.

The local area offers a great living environment, with convenient access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and open spaces. Being close to the High Street means there are plenty of amenities within walking distance, making daily life convenient. Transport links are excellent, with the train station and bus stops nearby, providing easy access to other areas. The neighborhood feels safe and secure, with a good community atmosphere. Parking availability is reasonable, and bin collections are reliable. Traffic noise is minimal, making it a pleasant place to live
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is efficient, with a prompt response to any issues or requests. They are friendly, professional, and ensure that common areas are kept clean and well-organized.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There haven’t been any major surprises, but I do slightly regret not choosing an unfurnished apartment. It would have given me more flexibility in setting up the space to my preference.

good condition, cheaper price and more choices of the shops, restaurants, bars. many routs buses, special bus to the airport near by railway station to go and back. Only a little noise from trains. High street some many shops, surpermarkets (big and small) provide very convenience.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
good, fast and friendly. Also has follow-up after service.

know the funtion of all facilities, checking all facilites.
