Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’m really pleased that my home is very close to Sutton Station, which makes commuting and getting around extremely convenient. There’s a good range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, offering plenty of choice for day-to-day needs and dining out. The transport links are excellent, with frequent trains and reliable bus services. The area feels generally safe and friendly, though parking can be a bit limited at times. Bin collections are regular, and while there’s some traffic noise during rush hour, it’s not too disruptive overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart responded quickly to my request and was able to fix problems regarding the flat efficiently. I really appreciated his prompt and professional help in resolving the issue without any delay.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how busy the area can get during peak travel times because of the station nearby. It’s not a major issue, but parking can sometimes be tricky in the evenings. On the positive side, I’d tell new neighbours to take advantage of the great transport links and the variety of nearby shops and restaurants—it really makes daily life convenient and enjoyable.

I find the whole area very nice and neat. You can find everything fairly fast around here and having a park nearby is always great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely and they are always there to answer any questions you might have.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing that might be an issue for me is the sound of trains, but other than that everything else is great.

It’s a nice location very close to station and bus stand. High street is walking distance with lot of variety of food and restaurant options.

Very quick and efficient responses , usual TAT is 1 day

We like the place and surrounding. The only negative now is the new construction site nearby

After moving in for a month, our experience in Well House has been very good. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the railway station and the high street. Shopping is incredibly easy, with a wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it a vibrant place to live. The place is well designed and maintained, eg. the parcel safe room, also the gym room. The only shortcoming is the sound created by the site that used to be B&Q, which can be a little bit disruptive at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been exceptionally responsive to the various problems and issues I have raised. They have promptly addressed my concerns, demonstrating their commitment to resident satisfaction. Their proactive approach has made a significant difference in ensuring a comfortable living experience.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been helpful to know that OVO is the electricity supplier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Well House is located near the train station and high street, which is very convenient for residents to travel to London (only 45 minutes to get to Central London) and shopping for food, groceries, clothing and even for haircut and nails. The high street has almost everything we need for daily. Parking right beneath the flats, which is indoor and so never get wet when getting in and out of the car during rainy days. Bin collections are and traffic noise both are acceptable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responses are usually quick with helpful support! Maintenance team is the key highlight of this development! Stuart is our friendly neighborhood who always around with great smile and keen to help us solving all kinds of maintenance problems!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish if I have known that there will be a huge residential development to be built right opposite to The Well House at where the massive B&Q used to be. Residential estate is not a bad idea at Sutton but since the flat is right opposite dusts are being blown into the property everyday that largely affect the indoor condition as well as our health.
