Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area offers a good range of shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and bars, making day-to-day living very convenient. There are several parks and open green spaces nearby, which are ideal for walks, exercise, and family activities. Public transport links are excellent, with regular bus services and easy access to train and underground stations, providing convenient connections to central London and surrounding areas. Living on the street is generally pleasant and peaceful. Bin collections are reliable, and the area is usually kept clean and well maintained. Parking can sometimes be limited during busy periods, but it is generally manageable for residents. Traffic noise is moderate and depends on the time of day, although it is not usually disruptive. Anti-social behaviour is minimal, and the neighbourhood feels safe and welcoming, making it a comfortable place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally responded professionally and efficiently to any issues I have raised. Communication has been clear, and maintenance requests have usually been acknowledged promptly and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Staff have been courteous, helpful, and willing to provide updates when necessary, which has helped ensure a positive living experience. Thanks Mr Stuart

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing you may not notice during a viewing is how friendly and respectful the community is. The building is generally quiet, and management is approachable if any issues arise. I would recommend introducing yourself to neighbours, familiarising yourself with waste collection schedules, and exploring the local amenities and transport links early on.

Good: Parks, High Street Nearby, Facilities and leisure centre Bad: Car Parking is expensive in Sutton Area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response by the facilities. All issues are nearly resolved in couple of hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The maintenance team keeps sending various individuals to review/checks alarm, heating etc with mandate to respond and in one instance fine will be issued.

Being so close to the station is an advantage that cannot be overstated. Plus the closeness to high street is also a plus.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been very quick with responses and maintenance requests. The maintenance team especially are very quick to sort out issues that we’ve come across. Shout out to Wes who was very quick to fix an issue we encountered.

There are a lot more amenities available then one may think.

Right behind train station. So its ideal for commute. Not the best variety of restaurants nearby. Closeby to Sutton high street

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Stuart has been very helpful with Maintenance requests. Even if its a quick task, he is ready to help immediately when requested.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Exhaust Extraction system design is not the best. While cooking, the smell does spread throughout the house. The Apartment has a single Washer / Dryer Unit ( instead of separate units) . This is not ideal for drying clothes in a small drumsize.

Living in Sutton has been a great experience so far. The area is very convenient with a variety of shops and restaurants within walking distance. High Street is close by, making it easy to get groceries or grab a coffee. The transport links are also excellent for commuting.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is very responsive. Today, Stuart visited to fix several issues. He was very professional and made sure everything was resolved perfectly. It's great to have such a reliable team on-site.

The concierge service makes it so easy to receive packages safely.
