Good: Very close to station. Apartment building is clean. Maintenance is quick. Front desk is friendly. Bad: Poor quality electronics and Apartment build. Not much to do in the area. A lot of homeless people around

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick and efficient responses via email and sent over someone quite quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lack of privacy on the lower level balcony as people can ser right through from across the street

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location and easy transportation. Parking availability. But too close to the rail and train noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually yes they solve the issue very quickly so ok

The building is too warm in the summer. Ventilation isn’t good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good thing is 24 hours security entrance; Bad thing is some of the public area is very smelly and the car park is not clean enough.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No one fixed it all the time, they normally come check once and no more follow up of fixing it.

The flat is very warm with about 32 degree during the summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All good, no complaints! Good safety and comfortable living! Very quiet, good neighbours, good transport as the bus and train station is near thus good location! So yes, all in all good!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes I once had raised an issue about the heating and immediately next day it was resolved

If they gave microwave and yes thats it nothing more

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very well connected to all transport links. The area gets shady in the night and doesn't quite feel safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most issues responded well, except one. But overall satisfied

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It gets noisy indoors as it's very close to the rail tracks. The double glazed windows don't help and need an upgrade. If you are a light sleeper then you will need your earplugs, else forget sleeping peacefully.
