    Overall the development is fair condition, design is fair, not much facilities, property and building management is fair. The quality of flat construction’s material is poor, especially the wooden floor and the bath tub are easily broken, also the blind are very weak of function.

    Good thing is 24 hours security entrance; Bad thing is some of the public area is very smelly and the car park is not clean enough.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    No one fixed it all the time, they normally come check once and no more follow up of fixing it.

    Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

    The flat is very warm with about 32 degree during the summer.

    Its going great! Good location, good transportation, good neighbours! In terms of development my lifestyle has improved by the services they have provided and I am happy to have found such a comfortable place and I couldn’t have asked for anything more

    All good, no complaints! Good safety and comfortable living! Very quiet, good neighbours, good transport as the bus and train station is near thus good location! So yes, all in all good!

    Yes I once had raised an issue about the heating and immediately next day it was resolved

    If they gave microwave and yes thats it nothing more

    Decent development, well connected to transport links

    Design is modern. Needs community spaces and improved safety for the development. The Concierge is not full time and is not up to the mark. Deliveries just lie on the ground near your letterbox which is highly unsafe. Needs some life as it appears dull with the current setup.

    Very well connected to all transport links. The area gets shady in the night and doesn't quite feel safe.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    Most issues responded well, except one. But overall satisfied

    It gets noisy indoors as it's very close to the rail tracks. The double glazed windows don't help and need an upgrade. If you are a light sleeper then you will need your earplugs, else forget sleeping peacefully.

    Flat itself is spacious showing good design and use of space. Not many additional facilities available. Building management is average. Appliances are cheap and don't really perform to a great standard such as the dishwasher. The bed itself also seems cheap and is not very comfortable.

    Good location with regard to public transport. Nearby gym which is easily accessible. Slight issue with the noise levels as the train station is nearby.

    How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

    No response to a leaking tap after it had been reported.

    The flat is quite noisy as it's near the train station.

    Design of the building is beautiful. Facilities are all what is reasonably required. Sometimes non-residents sit in the communal area outside the building and drink alcohol creating nuisance. Some action should be taken in relation to it. Property management is responsive and resolve your queries urgently.

    Train station is nearby. The subway is between the building and train station is dirty and needs to raised with the relevant authority for cleaning.

    Yes they reply promptly and address the issues raised.

    Small repairs and issues which cannot be seen unless you start to live there.
