Awesome area. Close to everything you need. Plenty of parking areas, timely services and loads of friendly and helpful people all around .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very attentive and helpful. Honestly we haven’t had any real issues since we moved in.

The rent you pay at the Saxons is worth every penny.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Everything is great. Right across the street are loads of restaurants. There’s a bus stop right outside the building. The building has multiple exits making it easy to get around. The staff and tenants are extremely nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have so no complaints to report. I’m confident they will handled in the future too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great proximity to local shops, cinema, and St Margaret’s bus station. No anti social behaviour and minimal noise despite being a central area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded promptly to any complaints and issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Limited space for parking. Everything else was well explained prior to moving in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient, everything’s so close by. Living street is nice im right next to the shopping centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficient haven’t had any issue as of yet

Nothing as of yet, everything was told beforehand and it was helpful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Leicester city centre has been great - everything is within walking distance, shops, restaurants and gyms are close by. Transport links are good. The area feels lively but safe, with plenty of things to do. It’s been really convenient for work and social life, and I’ve had no complaints.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and helpful. Most issues are sorted quickly, and communication is usually clear and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How good the soundproofing is - it’s something you can’t really tell from a viewing. I’ve heard from friends in other blocks that their walls are paper thin, but here it’s been surprisingly quiet. Definitely something I appreciate!
