Ideally located near to shops on the high street, restaurants, Watford Junction and cassiobury park. No need for a car in this area as everything is so close, but plenty of parking available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues that we raised were responded to and sorted out very quickly. Good service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would say that there isn't really anything that I was not expecting. It is great value.

Vibrant area, great shops, diverse food scene, safe environment, excellent transport links, beautiful park nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Katie, Jamie, and Agnes - true gems! Their dedication and support shine. They address problems promptly and professionally, ensuring a comfortable living experience.

One thing I wish I had known before moving into the Quarters Watford is how sound can travel between apartments. While the building itself is well-constructed, I've noticed that I can sometimes hear my neighbors, especially if they're being particularly loud. It's not a major issue, but it's something to be mindful of, especially if you're sensitive to noise

I can have everything I need (Supermarket, train station, high street, shops, restaurants) within a few minutes

Katie is so helpful and flexible to all my queries

Everything is well informed upon my move in, I have no question at all

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Step out of the entrance onto St Albans Road and you have three choices: Left and left again to head towards Cassiobury Park which is a 6-mile round walk if you do the complete trek, through open park lands, woods, past a golf course and into the old wood, a wonderful experience. Left and right along the old St Albans Road, where you will find every food type a person could wish for. Right and you head towards town, with all the shopping required for anyone.

Always resolved and always with a smile and conversation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The carpark has a water facility for window cleaners, mineral free, and my room was above this facility, which meant some very early and late visitor to fill their vans, but after a while it became just background noise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located near to the high street. It's easy to access to restaurants, grocery shops, local shops. It's also near to the train station and bus stops, convenient to go to other towns and also London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Easy to contact. And all the maintenance issues can be solved quickly.

it's a good deal to have all bills included for the rent.
