The Quarters Watford provides an ideal base for residents relying on a convenient, connected location. Euston is also accessible in as little as 14-minutes. There are 100 high-specification studios, which feature high-speed wireless internet access, a television, a kitchenette, laundry facilities as well as, easy parking.

The Quarters Watford – a great place to stay if you have accomodation needs in Watford and want to be close to Watford Junction

I’ve now stayed at The Quarters on two occasions and have spent circa 2 years of my life sleeping there.
Whilst the exterior of the building could be described as a typical high rise accomodation, the building is absolutely functional with well equipped self-catering rooms, an industrial laundry room, a lift, an adjacent payable car park, when it’s open, a nice general “meeting” room and, most importantly, the most accomodating professional management and maintenance staff that you would ever want to deal with. Katie and her team have been brilliant through both stays. Yes, there are occasional maintenance issues but you’re always kept well informed and inconvenienced to the absolute minimum.
I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Quarters 100% / 10 out of 10 if you have accomodation needs in cenral Watford.

The Quarters is less than a 2-minute walk of Watford Junction station. It is likewise about a 10 minute walk from Watford town centre including its INTU shopping centre and fully populated shopping high street including loads of pubs, restaurants, banks, …… Sainsbury’s is 10 minutes away for “main” shops but you’ve got local high street shops less than 2-minutes walk away.

If available, ask for a room facing the rear away from the main St Albans Road.

What is the best feature of your home:

Convenient to Watford Junction railway station and Watford High Street with its many shops, restaurants and bars.

So easy to like these Studios sited between the shopping centre and Watford Junction Station. Really appreciated the large storage cupboards, broadband internet, the double glazing, and that very comfortable bed. The inclusion of a small on-site laundry is another welcome feature. The rooms and shared spaces use keycards, and you always feel safe here.

However, it was Katie and her friendly team, who time and time again put themselves out, to ensure that my stay was such a joyful experience. Malcolm the Maintenance Manager, would appear almost instantly, to carry out repairs and servicing day or night. The shared spaces are always kept clean, and a room cleaning service is available should you need it.
Highly recommended.

Watford Junction provides good transport links to London Euston, Hemel Hempstead, Milton Keynes, and St Albans. A large shopping centre is a short walk away, including banks, and plenty of restaurants and take-aways. Sainsburys is also nearby, although would ideally have liked more choice of supermarkets in the vicinity.

Home from Home

Love it here ! The staff are amazing, the other guests are like a new family, the rooms are designed& Decorated well, warm & comfy, have everything I need and plenty of people to help if I ask. Parking onsite. Key card entrance so I feel safe.

On a lockdown, so its just work and home atm – but Im told its awesome here with plenty to do ! Looking forward to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is a little smoking place around the back, being a smoker its very important, would be better if there was a private designated, better sheltered area, with comfy seating as it seems to be a general meet and socilaise area – its where Ive met lots of my neighbours. (Although they do provide stools and an overhead shelter) but Im told there used to be an outdoor heater too !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never had an issue, but I’ve met the maintenance man and he’s on site and very helpful

4 month stay – great experience

The staff are lovely and it’s a lovely modern new design that is welcoming for all. Feels very safe and well looked after. Small apartments but ideal for short term stay (ideally just one person staying) positioning of the sink is inconvenient but all works well.

Busy area so parking expensive but perfect location with station and town center 5 min walk away

I wish I had known about the tough to clean showers but otherwise very positive stay so nothing to comment. Was given lots of details before moving in

An easy-to-find location and excellent building management makes for a very welcoming place to be. Facilities and amenities are easy to find and assistance in queries from the management team always means for great peace of mind. You are able to make your own home-like additions allowing for the place to feel warm, comfortable and familiar. Travelling both by public and personal transport is also easy given the location and proximity to multile transport links. In the meantime, the local open air allows for plentiful exercise and walking space.

An excellent locaiton meaning that town amenities, transport links and open air exercise spaces are easily accessible.

Be sure to view the number of amenities available and different rooms as each can accommodate your personal needs.

Any questions raised such as maintenance or amenities for the room have always been answered in good time with the most helpful of information – it makes the daily routine far more enjoyable knowing that help is at hand.

Amazing, Satisfied, Relaxing Apartments

Katie is an amazing person she helps you with any problems and building management and property management is great . I’m very happy living here at the Watford Quarters .

The Watford Apartments/Hotel is an amazing place to live. Near the M-25, Watford Junction Station. The rooms are very nice and clean. It feels very safe to live here. Katie is an amazing person she helps you with everything you need. I highly recommend if you need a place in Watford. Is a great location if you work at Leavesden Studios or in the film, tv industry like I do .

Very good for city workers, and single occupants

One lift for all floors, no screen to see which floor is on
Could do with some toilets downstairs.
Management good had issue with OOO number but got resolved quickly
Friendly staff
Friendly residents
Only have bay outside front, could do with some temp parking to help with moving in etc

“A home from home”

Overall the property is managed extremely well and the maintenance when needed is provided very quickly and without any fuss.
The general manager Katie gave me an extremely warm welcome when I arrived and throughout my stay here.

Study time retreat

I stayed for a short term but I found the studio a great place to study and promote my business. Great time to pursue my goals and my mindset was in a good place staying at The Quarters Watford.
It is peaceful and could get a good nights rest without distraction or disturbance.
The guests and staff are friendly.
I was able to keep fit as there are many gyms close by, great park nearby for runs and cycling.

Watford is not far from London and it has a town centre with a good choice of shops
Multi cultural food market also lots of restaurants

A wonderful place in a modern part of town.

The building is within one of the most central parts of town with east access to travel links, therefore suitable for both the commute as well as the local town high-street in which amenities are superb. The town has also recently gone through a major redevelopment. Communication and maintenance has always been top-notch meaning that the standard of living is greatly taken care of and a sense of secutiry is ensured throughout.

Central to both travel into London and amenities means that you’re always close to the overall necessities. The local park is also a quieter spot in easy walking distance.

There are a number of brilliant apartments depending on monthly rent therefore ensure that you view more than one size if you are looking for various options. The management are superb however with offering later viewings once you have moved in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If any issues have been raised, then the communication has always been responded to immediately. Reccommendations as to how things can be assisted have always been given. Overall however, I have not had to raise any issues.
