The bins are collected on time and the building is kept tidy all the time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, the response in time and get the issue sorted to a satisfactory level.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That you have to renew your contract every 6 months, even after living there for years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area has been great overall. One of the best things is the convenience of transport links – the station is less than a 5-minute walk away, and both London Bridge and Victoria are only about 20 minutes by train. It makes commuting to London super easy and quick. Additionally, it's really close to local shops, which is perfect for running errands without having to travel far. The variety and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are solid, so you’re never short of options when it comes to dining or grabbing a coffee. However, there is a downside. The traffic noise can be a bit of a nuisance, especially during peak hours when cars, buses, and delivery trucks fill the streets. It’s something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to noise. Overall, it's a great place to live with easy access to everything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond really quickly, though I haven't had any issues to report so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

"There's nothing specific I wish I had known before moving in, everything has been as expected so far."

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are many local supermarkets and restaurants around that are walking distance away. The location is great as it’s only a few minutes away from the train station, which is very well connected to central London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff have been quick to respond and resolve any issues in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I was sent a detailed video of the flat, and had another in person flat viewing, so I had no surprises when I moved in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

1. Affordability (Compared to Central London) • Rent and house prices in Croydon are generally lower than in inner London, making it more accessible for young professionals and families. 2. Transport Links • Excellent train connections to central London (Victoria, London Bridge) and Gatwick Airport. The Tramlink also offers unique local transit. 3. Diversity & Community • A vibrant, multicultural area with strong communities and a range of cultural shops, restaurants, and churches.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I moved in, I had a few issues with plumbing as well as electrical sockets that the team was very quick to resolve. Issues are usually resolved within a few hours

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise levels towards the Wellesley Road can be overwhelming especially during summer when windows need to be open
