Our entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The property exceeded our expectations in every way, and we felt right at home immediately. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and highly enjoyable stay.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Communication was flawless, prompt, and incredibly welcoming. The host provided clear, detailed instructions for check-in and check-out, making the whole process effortless. They were highly attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in ensuring we had a great stay.

The location was perfect and exactly what we were hoping for. The neighborhood felt very safe, peaceful, and convenient for getting around. It provided the perfect base for our trip, with great local spots easily accessible nearby.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really enjoy living in this area. It's incredibly well connected, with both East Croydon and West Croydon stations just minutes away, so getting into central London is quick and stress-free. There's always something going on locally, from shopping at Centrale to food and drinks at Boxpark, and there are great restaurants and cafés all around. Everything I need day to day is within walking distance, which makes life here easy and convenient. Overall, it's a lively, practical and enjoyable place to live, and I'd happily recommend it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team responds super fast. Whenever I've raised anything, they've sorted it out quickly and without any hassle. They're friendly, approachable and clearly care about the residents, which makes living here really stress-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, I wish I'd known how good the cleaning service and management team would be. I would have moved in even sooner! Everything has been easier than I expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is in the centre of Croydon where many restaurants, cafes and super markets can be found. The high market has all the necessary brand names and it’s less than 5 minute walk from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and effectively, usually in a couple of days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were no surprises when I moved in, everything was the way I expected it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve had a really positive experience living at The Quarters. The location is very convenient, and the studio is extremely well designed. My room is only around 22 square metres, but the layout makes very good use of the space and it feels comfortable rather than cramped. I particularly like the large study table, which is great for working from home, and the fact that the apartment comes fully furnished. The furniture, kitchen and bathroom all feel thoughtfully designed and practical. Overall, I’d give the design and facilities 5 out of 5. The only downside for me is that the building is quite close to the road, so there can be some traffic noise at times. Apart from that, I’m very happy with the apartment and think the space has been designed exceptionally well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive and friendly. I haven’t had any major issues so far, but whenever I’ve had a question or needed help, they have responded quickly and been helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known a little more about the room size before moving in. The studio is very well designed and makes good use of the space, but I would have preferred it to be slightly larger. That said, for a studio, it works very well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to transport links and town centre. Close to shops and restaurants. Plenty to do when going out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick reply and prompt fixing of the issues the very next day. Excellent service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not to be biased by other people's opinions of the area. People tend to have a somewhat negative perception of Croydon but it looks very nice so far!
