Extremely disappointed lately by the unprofessionalism by the team. I had a problem with the rent, miscommunication. All of a sudden a get this huge bill to pay, no contract at all. I complained. It was promised to me that it was going to get sorted out and that I should not pay the wrong amount of money until it does get resolved. Not only it was not resolved but also in the next couple of hours my money has been take from my account without any authorisation whatsoever and I had never set up a direct debit with them. Very poor communication with management and turns out unreliable. Extremely disappointed by the way things were handled “behind my back” and no one is taking any responsibility whatsoever.

I wish I had known that the management team was not interested in what you have to actually say and I am being forced to look for my right and take it higher

fully furnished, comfortable but very very small room
