The apartments themselves are excellent and if high standards. The staff are always at hand as and when you need anything. Prior to me moving in I contacted a number of places and this one was prompt and answered all my needs which made it perfect.
From the moment you walk in you greeted with a smile and the standards of the building are high with a team of people cleaning the public areas daily (Monday to Friday).

The location if these apartments is really good. You have a tram stop right outside, bus stop within walking distance and if that’s not enough you have both East and West Croydon stations within walking distance.
They also offer parking which is right outside or below the building and a very competitive rate.
In regards to getting food there are a number of take aways and restaurants as well as local supermarkets within walking distance as well as Croydon Town centre.

I don’t have anything to say on this point as I am happy with everything.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have responded within minutes during office hours or within an hour of the next working day if I queried something over the weekend.
Great value
Well-built but could do with air-conditioning and / or fans. They really need to change their laundry operator. The management team is excellent. Giorgia and Indre are prompt in responding to questions or concerns. Excellent choice for well-paid singles or couples.

It’s very well located, with fast connections to both the city and the suburbs by train and bus. Losing the Waitrose was a bummer but we have M&S and Sainsbury’s, as well as a Co-op a minute away. Streets are, sadly, filthy. There’s more civic sense in “developing” countries than there has been in Britain over the last 25-30 years. Anti-social behaviour is, thankfully, rare.

They were quite transparent at the outset so there weren’t any surprises

Extremely prompt when dealing with concerns though I wish they’d change the laundry operator
The Quarters – feel smart, and luxurious.
I have been living at the Quarters (Croydon) for over a month now and the flat is immaculate clean, great design, and peaceful. They are kitted out to a high level, feel smart, and luxurious.
I have had zero problems with the flat in this time and management are prompt at answering emails or if you have any concerns. I would highly recommend living here to anyone in London. For the space and location it is very affordable.

The Quarters is conveniently placed; close to Easy Croydon station (it is walkable in 5 minutes). It is also very close to shops, gyms, restaurants, and bars. You cannot ask for a better location within Croydon.

When accessing the internet to make sure you have your MAC numbers for each device. Google where to find them if you don’t know how to do this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management are quick to respond to any emails and inform you promptly of any issues on going on the building. No complaints.
Exceptional accomodation
The Quarters is a great place to live. Exceptionally clean public areas, friendly staff across the board and all issues are dealt with quickly, efficiently, effectively and in a friendly manner. As a young professional my experience has been really positive. The on-site team always have a smile and are always there.

Convenient location, easy access to local transport and into London and then down to the south coast too. Everything you need within the town centre too.

The ease of the online system to see rent invoices and log maintenance issues and questions is a huge plus point.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quickly and efficiently. The team have a user friendly system which means issues can be raised quickly.
A place like home to me, despite just moving to the UK.
The property is managed well. Since I’m new to the UK, I have many questions, yet the team is always open to answering my numerous questions. Either via mail or at the reception, the management is super warm.
The design of the facility is great as well, the halls are large enough to move luggage around easily and the rooms are also very functional. The central heating is excellent as well.

Moved into The Quarters apartment after only spending 2 weeks in the UK and it has been an amazing experience for a newbie like me. There are lots of stores closeby, and there are African stores close to me as well. I can easily get food supplies, clothes, utensils and basically everything I need. Also, the train station is just like 3 minutes walk away and it’s super quiet.

Not sure really. But I think maybe I could have viewed other options available.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The response has always been instant. A few days after moving in, I lost my keys and got locked out late at night. The management got me a replacement very quickly, within minutes. Although it was a paid service, it was still very immediate.
A new and happy tenant
I just recently moved in and I didn’t view the property. The staff were extremely helpful from the paperwork to getting the keys. Everything was swift and orderly, I am happy I chose this place and it’s affordable, the apartment came with items I didn’t expect which saves me money.

It has good shops and the train station is walking distance. The view from my apartment is great and the building is accessible from two entrances.

Absolutely nothing. I didn’t even view the property everything is as advertised.

Yes they have promptly and even cleaned my apartment for free when I moved it.
two years and counting
It’s been now two years since I’ve moved to The Quarters Apartments in Croydon. Location is great. Everything you need for the city life is within minutes from the property. Management very attentive and helpful, as if they were your family, great touch to the service they provide. Cleanness is exceptional, it feels premium to live here and design of the rooms are exceptionally good. Not thinking of moving out anytime soon. 🙂

The good aspect of living at Quarters Croydon is location. Shopping centre, banks, restaurants, train, tram stops…all within less than 5 minutes walk!

Wished that the fridge was bigger and washing machine as standard and parking as part of the rent.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
In few occasions, all I ever needed was met with an excellent response within hours if not minutes. Brilliant management.
The Quarters Apartment, a home within a home
The management team is very friendly and professional. The design work is excellent with nice features and characters. Aside the space the layout of the building is easily accessible. Access to different amenities is unlimited, the building is environmentally friendly and the staff are always available to help. The security service is good

Since we moved into the apartment we have been able to use our own space for almost everything. The flat is spacious with nice interior decor. The appointment is always clean, nicely done with fresh scent and lovely lighting. There’s nothing bad to say about the property. The ambience is really nice and well maintained and managed

We wish we had moved in sooner, considering the level of professionalism. The team is prompt in their response to any questions. The reception area is always clean, with good ambience. The network system especially the wifi is excellent, fast and easily accessible.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team is very proactive in dealing with tenants queries.
I love The Quarters! It is the perfect place to live for studio living!
The Quarters is the greatest place to live! I moved in during lockdown and am still here three years later!
The building is beautiful and done with taste and quality. The room is perfectly appointed and has everything one needs. All the staff, Giorgia, Indra, Michael and Tony, run the building with such friendliness and efficiency! Anything we need is dealt with immediately, including any maintenance issues, which is a luxury!
The washing machines are conveniently located in the basement, easy to use with an app and hold large loads. The bathroom is lovely and easy to maintain. I also love the Parliament headboard that makes the room feel even larger and gives a great view! Also, the front wall that is all glass affords such good daylight to work from home! Four lifts serve us that are beautiful and speedy. I can’t wait until we get the private terrace out front!

The Quarters is location, location! With East AND West Croydon, which includes the Overground, train stations a 7 min walk in different directions, three bus stops and the tram right outside the door, we are connected to every great part of London! It is 12 mins and one stop to London Bridge, 20 mins to Eurostar, 20 mins door-to-check in from Gatwick Airport, 1 stop to Clapham Junction, 2 stops to Victoria, and a tram to Wimbledon! The Whitgift Centre and Centrale are reached by an underpass directly outside The Quarters front exit. I had a hip replacement when I lived here and was able to walk to all shops with no difficulty.
There are shopping areas in four directions and every store you would want, plus Valley Retail Park with IKEA, etc, is a quick tram ride away. We also have two parks close by, I front onto Wellesley Road, which is a major highway, but the windows are triple-glazed so I am not disturbed by the traffic when they are closed. The location is just perfection!

They always respond quickly when they know of an issue. Michael is an excellent maintenance man! We are lucky to have him.
Great place to stay – amazing management
Amazingly well managed, everything is maintained, cleaned, fast responses if any issues come up. The common areas are cleaned and immaculately kept. The staff are friendly and always on hand if any support is needed. Internet is excellent and reliable

All excellent, wifi excellent, would be nice to have own washing machine

Usually very quickly and efficiently, always helpful and nice
I think the Quarters is a really nice place to stay!
I think the flat is very well furnished, the design is modern and it is very secure. The facilities are well maintained and the management is quick to respond if something defaults. I highly recommend the Quarters for the facilities, and the overall maintenance.

Good aspects include the transport links+ several shops and restaurants nearby. The only downside would be probably that the utilities have gone up, pushing the overall rent+ council tax package higher.

That how much I would love East Croydon, if I knew this I would have moved here earlier.
