Good: Transport connections to central London. Lot of parks and relaxing areas around. Convince for basic necessities loads of supermarkets around. Bad: Not a lot of food options and restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There’s free maintenance in the building and they respond within 24hours, and do their best to sort everything out and come up with an alternative if not an exact solution.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The community in the building among the residents is like a connection, they make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated!

Living at The Palm House is really convenient — we’re just a 3-minute walk from Harrow & Wealdstone station, with trains to Euston in only 13 minutes. The high street is also close by, making it easy to grab groceries or enjoy great local takeaway options.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management team has been very responsive and helpful, resolving any issues quickly and professionally.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known how social and community-focused The Palm House is — there are regular events and shared spaces that make it really easy to meet people. It’s a great place if you enjoy being part of a friendly, connected community.

Transport links - Good The area is not great and we don't go out on our high street. Busy street and there is always others from other building parking outside the Palm House.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are very responsive and always helpful AJ is great at his job and is always helpful

It's a good experience overall I would recommend it

Ideal location in Harrow, close to the local high street and train station. Convenient transport links to NW & Central London. Quiet residential street with little to no traffic noise.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly responded to queries & maintenance requests in the past, usually on the same day.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Amazing place to meet likeminded residents and make new friends!

The Building Has Amazing Amenities, such as cinema rooms, pool tables and table tennis, extremely happy with the facilities that is being offered , the only downside is that their is no cleaning services to clean rooms
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes - however I had a shower issue whereby the water kept rising on going onto the bathroom floor and they had a delayed response responding to it
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That cleaning services are not offerred, it would help if cleaning services were offerred to ensure the apartments were always clean and in good condition
