Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It was great having local amenities shops and take aways close by. The station is only 10min and a well lit safe walk.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quick via the app which is great. A bulb went and they changed it within the hour
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is trickier than I thought, I park on Stuart road which is free 6:30 - 8am then you can pay outside of that. Other than that, it has been a very pleasant experience, but I am only here Monday-Friday.

great experience. really enjoyed it. great home gym. Lily & Kyra were fantastic staff. Always great customer service.

yes they have responses to all of my needs. very happy with it all.

the 24 hour gym is super useful and amazing. so is the movie theater room

Harrow and Wealdstone is an average area. There are some good restaurants on the high street and some great spots if you go to Harrow on the Hill or Harrow Weald.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues I have had with my room (not that many) have been dealt with swiftly by the Folk staff.

It’s important to join the Folk group chat to keep up-to-date with the latest events happening in the building!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport links are excellent which is the main reason I chose this location as a woman I needed to be safe when walking from the train station late at night. The range and quality of the shops is very poor and the Wealdstone area where the shops and amenities are in particular has antisocial behaviour and can be quite noisy .Traffic noise is at a minimum due to the distance from the road and this is a good thing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I am pleased with the property management and the response time overall to issues that I raise and this has been key to my stay here. There have been some breakdowns of the laundry machine which is being outsourced to a different company however these breakdowns have usually been resolved in a timely manner . In my studio when I moved in there was a problem with the shower however management gave me a discount because of the inconvenience until it was fixed which I noted as good customer service . Whenever I require use of the facilities that require support from the front desk team or am following up on a minor issue with my studio such as the smoke detector not working I have been met with a smile and excellent service particularly from Lily, Chante, Oremie and Callum who remain warm yet professional at all times.

The limited range and quality of shops and amenities that are within walking distance from the building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
I really like the location - very close to the train station which takes you right into central London in 12 minutes. Multiple grocery stores to choose from, some are 5 minutes walk away and others are 10-20 minutes. The people are nice and friendly. I do find the street is a bit noisy but that’s easily resolved if you keep your window closed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always responded promptly, which is appreciated.
