Best building ever. I have moved since April and I’m loving it. It’s right in the town centre and its close to every shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I never really had any issues since I moved in. The staff acted quickly and efficiently whenever I needed it

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew everything when I moved in. The place is perfect

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Birmingham is a great city, I choose to move here from the South East. Yes, there are issues with ASB and litter, but the culture and quality of life that is affordable here is unrivalled.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I arrived, we hadn’t received our welcome pack - this was dealt with quickly by the team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the gym has no free weight barbells for bench press, squat and deadlifts.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good places to eat nearby, pretty much in the heart of the city so everything is present. er er

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not yet as i havent ran into any and because i just moved in

I dont rlly have any of those thoughts just yet but everything it as it seems for sure

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

One of the best aspects of living here is the location. It’s very convenient, with the city centre just a short walk away and plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and things to do nearby. The area has a great atmosphere and makes day-to-day living really enjoyable. The only downside is that the street can be quite noisy at times, especially if the windows are open. It can occasionally be a little loud, but that’s to be expected with such a central location. Overall, the benefits of living here far outweigh this, and I’ve had a great experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has always responded to any issues I’ve raised promptly and professionally. They make sure everything is dealt with as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the process. When I first moved in, I experienced a few issues with my apartment, but they worked hard to get everything resolved as soon as they could. They even gave me access to an empty apartment while the repairs were being carried out so I wouldn’t be inconvenienced. Their willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference and showed how much they care about their residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how noisy it sometimes can get due to where my apartment is facing but asides from that in the building itself it’s very peaceful and quiet and omg they have the best hot chocolate and fun events and so far my stay has been amazing!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really close to shopping centre and food stores which is great. In quite a safe part of birmingham. Some traffic noise but windows are great at insulating the noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt and helpful staff especially christina and chamod. They helped us fix our lights instantly and are always responsive . Manager is very sweet too

There is not as much parking availability available but everything else is amazing
