Surrounded by lovely bars and restaurants. A short walk from New Street Station. The windows make traffic noise inaudible.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues were dealt with incredibly quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Regular resident events, from fitness to cooking classes, make it feel like a real community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local shops are just a distance away from the octagon, one thing i love is the proximity to the city and the train stations and not to mention its a walking distance to get the tram and buses as well. You can see the library right from the octagon and the street is safe as i regularly see security staff patrols the octagon. Overall i am very happy living here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded swiftly to any queries about my apartment and they have made sure to resolve with speed

I was informed and told everything i needed to know before moving in.

The location of the place is amazing. The place is in middle of town Centre so it’s perfect. Close to most shops

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had minor issues such with the boiler. The issue was fixed immediately

Nothing. Before moving in I knew everything. The staff showed me around

Th额Octagon is他和 best place to live, the property is well maintained and looked after with the amazing staff and the convenience of shops are close proximity and a walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has responded with speed to us especially when we moved in and they help facilitate the whole process with ease

Nothing really as everything seem perfect and I am very happy
