Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

before coming here i honestly just wanted a place to stay temporarily until i found something better but now i don’t think i’m even going to do that because this place already feels like home from day one i loved it the building itself caught my eye straight away it’s so artistic from the outside and the design is just so unique i’ve honestly never seen anything like it before and it gives the whole place such a different vibe i loved everything about it and everyone here too the staff are honestly the nicest people you’ll meet they’re so friendly and welcoming and i feel like i’ve been spoiled with the vouchers and the little freebies because not every place does that and it really makes a difference it feels uplifting comfortable and honestly just makes you want to stay longer i usually spend a lot of time in the lounge because it’s such a chill spot and i always end up chatting with the staff Ms.Tiegan williams in particular and Mr.eliot and they’ve both been amazing not because they have to but because they’re genuinely sweet people who actually care and that’s rare to find this place honestly changed my mind about looking for somewhere else and i would recommend it to anyone without thinking twice

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

when i first got here i actually received the wrong furniture pack and honestly i didn’t like it because it wasn’t the same one shown in the video they sent me but they handled it really well and made sure i was satisfied in the end they’re super easy to approach and the service is really quick i wouldn’t hesitate to go to them if i had any problems in the apartment they’ve been so trustworthy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

just wish i had known beforehand that there’s no storage area and also about the key or fob i think it would be better if tenants could get an extra one for the whole period of their stay instead of only having it for a limited time

Living in The Octagon, Birmingham has its perks and drawbacks. On the plus side, it offers stunning views, modern apartments with great amenities, and a prime city-centre location close to shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. However, being in the heart of the city also brings challenges higher living costs, traffic congestion, limited parking, and the noise and bustle of urban life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There’s no problems yet, but the building management are so nice and caring and they are so helpful

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how lively and busy the city centre can feel day and night. While the location is amazing for convenience, the constant activity, noise, and traffic can sometimes be overwhelming.
