The local area is generally convenient and pleasant to live in. There is a good range of nearby shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, with green spaces within walking distance for exercise and relaxation. Parking on the street can be limited at peak times, but bin collections are consistent and well managed. Overall, the street is fairly quiet with minimal traffic noise and very little anti-social behaviour.

Building management has generally been responsive and professional when issues are raised, and most maintenance requests are acknowledged promptly. However, I am still experiencing an ongoing issue with my water heater which has not yet been fully resolv

I rented the Apartment without viewing, sitting in Bangalore India and flew in well past midnight and was warmly greeted by Octagon with a hot cup of Coffe at 1:30 AM. Thats the level of support and friendliness

Living at The Octagon is city life at its best. You’re right in the heart of the city, so everything is on your doorstep, restaurants, cafés, and shops, with New Street and other stations close by, making transport super easy. It’s modern, lively, and feels safe thanks to the busy central location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been very quick and professional. I had two minor flat issues, and both were fixed within an hour of mentioning them to reception.

Deliveries are super easy thanks to reception, but setting up parcel notifications early makes life even smoother.
