Every weekend is an enjoyable one with many places to choose from. Can be cinema, night out or just checking out from my wide window facing Broad Street.

With the use my app I have logged in any issues with my apartment

This has been an eye opener for me and I have come to know this city well

Moda near Tesco shop. Tesco close 10 o'clock night time. Transport by train to school and shop in city of Birmingham

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The person in the reception talk me to send messages. Water was too hot in my room

There is noise on Thursday night which is not good

Parking is only available at the tennant street side or the private car park next to Hilton hotel. Spaces are limited inside the building.

There are issues that require urgent attention like broad street done which has been broken for a long time now

None at all. I will finish my tenancy as agreed with the management

The bins rooms is not easily accessible It can also be messy I like the local area shops and the fact that the main shopping district is not far away

Not the bin room situation because of the building design

Moda has actually made the mark with the quality of apartments available to choose from I an happy with my choice

Unbelievable how you get whatever you want at whatever time of the day. As well as getting food delivered to you easily

I book for repair on my phone and usually get feedback from the manager soon

I have to book and pay to use some rooms like meeting room
