Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Spectacular views from the Mercian. You can see the entire city and it’s a very lively area to live. It’s very well connected with buses, trams, and train stations within easy reach, making commuting straightforward, though the area can get busy at peak times. Living here means being at the heart of Birmingham’s cultural and social life, with plenty of choice for eating out and leisure activities.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always been quick and helpful whenever an issue has come up. They respond promptly and make sure things are sorted without much hassle. The night team, especially Peter and Moses, have also been great at offering support whenever needed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The parking spaces are quite limited. That’s about it.
Manager response
Thank you Sadeeq- we appreciate your time and kind words. We have some exceptional views across the city and beyond- we love our location and pleased that you are enjoying your local neigbourhood :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is lots of shops just outside and you can find anything you need just outside the building. Very good location and the transport is very good. The bin collections seem to be regular. Moses and Peter on the night team are very nice and always so helpful
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had any problems but the management is very good in the building
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The streets is very noisy until very late hours on weekends because of all the cars and traffic and bars.
Manager response
Thank you Yining, for your "Amazing" review- we appreciate your time!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This apartment boasts excellent nearby amenities: top-notch local shops, tasty restaurants, vibrant bars, and nice open spaces—all within easy reach. Plus, its convenient transportation links make commuting or exploring a total breeze.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The apartment management team responds to my questions excellently—their answers are clear, helpful, and always delivered promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I’d known the building’s noise level at night—thin walls can disrupt sleep even if it’s quiet during the day.
Manager response
Thank you so much Siwen- we will be sad to see you leave :) Good luck in your new home

Great building to live in the centre of Birmingham

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This area is very close to Brindley Place and New Street Station, so transport links are really good, though it can get busy at peak times. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, with Tesco and Sainsbury’s close for shopping. There aren’t big parks around, but the canals are beautiful if you like walking. Parking is limited but secure, and bin collections seem okay.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is professional at all times and respond in good time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Limited parking spaces in the building. But it’s not a big deal because there’s other parking options just outside the building
