There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, so it’s convenient for eating out or picking up essentials. The area is usually safe during the day, with a friendly local feel.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very fast and taken care of quite quickly which is nice

Nothing bad to say about the building. We are enjoying living here

The good aspect is that I can get much of what I need with easy reach. Shops and library really close. The bad aspect is very limited 24 hours shops around here. The reception desk is always manned. I especially like interacting with Moses and Peter while I am in and out doing my shopping trips or from restaurant visits.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most of my problems are resolved on time but you sometimes have to wait for Monday if have repairs issues on a weekend.

It's getting very hot now and wider windows would have helped.

Transport is excellent! Buses and taxi always available very close. The area is safe and there’s many Chinese people also living in Moda

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff is very helpful but I never really experienced any problems

There’s lots of shops within a walking distance and lots of restaurants if you want to eat out or order food. Good transport and new street station is only 10 mins walk from the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is very quick in responding and very professional

Everything was good about here and made lots of friends

Overall, the living environment is quite good. However, due to issues such as strikes in Birmingham, there are occasional problems with garbage collection. The public network of Glide is currently the biggest source of instability. Apart from that, the apartment has excellent sound insulation and a comfortable environment. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and is very easy to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management department usually responds by sending an email on the same day, and then sends someone to the site to solve the problem within one or two days afterwards. Meanwhile, regarding the network issue, we will communicate with Glide as soon as possible and urge them to restore it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bus stop at the entrance is very convenient. If you choose to take the train, it will be more convenient to go to the railway station through the back door. The supermarket opposite the apartment has a wide range of products, but there are no pots compatible with the induction cooktop in Morrisons. Since the stove in the apartment is an induction cooker, please make sure to check if the pots you bought can be used before using them.
