How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

well-organized and efficient.I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Moda Mercian. The facilities are top-notch, and the maintenance team is always responsive. The community feel is great, and the location is very convenient. However, the recent renovation has caused some disruptions to the communal areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is clear. As a Moda Mercian resident, I've been quite happy with my stay. The amenities are great, especially the on-call maintenance service. However, the ongoing renovation has been disruptive, impacting the overall aesthetics, particularly the lobby. I hope these disruptions can be minimized soon to restore the previous charm of the place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Can't beat the location, casinos, nightlife, brindley place for restuarants, cinemas, supermarkets, everything is within 2 min walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rob replies on the app very quickly and gets things sorted usually the next day or brings it up with the company of the faulty equipment to get it sorted for me as soon as possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking is very limited and must be on a very long waitlist.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Transport very good and affordable for uni! Five ways is very close and takes us straight there. The street can be loud on weekends and lots of traffic until very late.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The hot water and the back door being down for several months was annoying but other than that it’s fine

broad street can be noisy and very busy on Friday and weekends

What a great place to live! I really love this building and the additional benefits like running track .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management are amazing. Moses and Peter quite nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The rubbish needs better management because it is sometimes messy.

The place is nice but can be chaotic over the weekend. Broad Street is always amazing but busy on weekends.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I think there has been a problem with rubbish lately in the rubbish room.

Not much problems when moving in. The introduction to the building was fine.
