How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

well-organized and efficient.I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Moda Mercian. The facilities are top-notch, and the maintenance team is always responsive. The community feel is great, and the location is very convenient. However, the recent renovation has caused some disruptions to the communal areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is clear. As a Moda Mercian resident, I've been quite happy with my stay. The amenities are great, especially the on-call maintenance service. However, the ongoing renovation has been disruptive, impacting the overall aesthetics, particularly the lobby. I hope these disruptions can be minimized soon to restore the previous charm of the place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a Tesco just across the street that just opened and Sainsbury’s only a short walk away. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants in the area with good public transport!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The battery door sometimes dying is annoying when you can’t access your apartment but apart from that very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bin chute don’t work! So you have to come all the way down to get rid of rubbish

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have been here for some time now and I can say I am no longer new in Birmingham! My view is that the outside can be busy purely because the building is on Broad Street and the traffic is heavy especially in the morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had a lot of problems but on the negative I have to personally take the rubbish at the bin store on the ground floor

I didn't have to get my own furniture so I had less stuff while moving in

I am writing this review because I want others to be able to come and see for themselves this amazing building called the Mercian

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The moda app is helpful and always reply. Although slow on weekends.

Everything is going fine . Only bin chutes not working.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This building is very nice and the and I have had a good experience with the night when they helped me trace my lost parcel. I am happy to be here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is very friendly and always willing to help. Peter and Moses are very helpful.

I will not regret my choice of being at the Mercian.
