How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

well-organized and efficient.I've thoroughly enjoyed my time at Moda Mercian. The facilities are top-notch, and the maintenance team is always responsive. The community feel is great, and the location is very convenient. However, the recent renovation has caused some disruptions to the communal areas.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is clear. As a Moda Mercian resident, I've been quite happy with my stay. The amenities are great, especially the on-call maintenance service. However, the ongoing renovation has been disruptive, impacting the overall aesthetics, particularly the lobby. I hope these disruptions can be minimized soon to restore the previous charm of the place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is perfect for whatever errands you need to run or activities you want to enjoy. The city center is a short walk away and theres also buses and trains nearby you can always hop on.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I personally have not had any problems, but based on other people I’ve spoken to, they're quick to respond to any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some people might not appreciate the noise, but thats expected when you choose to live by the center of any city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is well connected to everything in Birmingham and the amazing canals - there’s great restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets on the doorstep and plenty of places for a drink!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Super quick to respond to any issues - they are very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I thought the communal spaces and events would be a nice to have optional extra but they weren’t the key reason I moved here - but they have become an amazing way to meet new people and make friends

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking available close by, and many restaurants at your doorstep. Transport links are close by. Antisocial behaviour is at a minimum

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded to messages that same day and were very accommodating

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really, so far I have had no problems with the move in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The tram is a minute’s walk away and the train station is super close too. Living in town means that there’s an abundance of restaurants and shops at our doorstep. It’s the most convenient location I’ve lived in so far in the UK.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve not had any problems requiring involvement from the building management.

The staff that helped me view apartments were extremely helpful and let me view more than just the one I had asked to see. They answered all my questions and actually, there wasn’t anything I wish I had known before moving in.
