Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Honestly, after living here for a year, it's hard to pinpoint anything truly negative. However, a recent issue has emerged: the reception desk is frequently unstaffed, a trend that started in the last month or two. This has raised some concerns about the building's security, particularly when I leave for university at 8 AM and there's no one at the front desk, not even a security guard. Furthermore, the access door leading to the elevator hallway hasn't required a key for about six months due to a broken card reader. While this might be intentional, it contributes to my growing safety worries. However, I believe that the management team, with their highly efficient approach, will address these issues and make improvements after I've brought them to their attention.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team here is incredibly efficient, especially Charlotte. She's a young, vibrant woman with a very flexible working style; I can reach her via email or WhatsApp. Even though she's the listing manager, she never acts superior. Instead, she's always smiling and has the most approachable demeanor, making her the most willing to engage with residents. Both Charlotte and Molly were a huge help during my recent move from the 22nd to the 23rd floor; their seamless coordination made the whole process incredibly smooth.

I have no idea where this question. Because I am very familiar with this building because my friend is living here as well!

Good overall transport links to the city and other places and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby

If you have a dog, there’s no parks nearby to go out for walks

Good shops and restaurants in the area Transport is good and Sainsbury and Tesco just close 2 minutes from the reception

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Everything is usually resolved pretty quickly but sometimes they forget to come at appointment time

Lots of inside the apartments can make it noisy when sleeping

The area is well-connected with reliable transport links and a good range of local amenities, including shops and open spaces. It feels generally safe, and while there’s the occasional traffic noise, it’s nothing too disruptive. Parking is manageable, and the street is usually clean with regular bin collections. People are friendly, and there’s a sense of community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team responds quickly and effectively. Any issues I’ve raised have been dealt with promptly and with care. They’re approachable and genuinely committed to making sure residents feel comfortable and safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known earlier just how brilliant the night staff are—especially Peter and Moses. They really make a difference to the experience here. Also, parcel handling is smooth and reliable, which is a huge bonus if you order frequently.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is available shops like Tesco and Sainsbury. We have a busy Dixy shop down the road which is open late. At night there is parking problem when Tennant street parking is not available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes when I need help with my WiFi to keep working.

Just be aware of limited parking places inside the building and also outside.
