Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a good range of local shops, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars within walking distance, especially around Broad Street and the city centre. There are several green and open spaces nearby, including canals and parks, which are good for walks and exercise. Transport links are very convenient with frequent buses, nearby tram stops and easy access to Birmingham New Street, although traffic can be busy during peak hours. Living on the street is generally comfortable, with regular bin collections and good building management. Parking is limited and mainly permit-based, and there can be some traffic noise and occasional late-night activity, but anti-social behaviour is minimal overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been responsive and professional, addressing issues promptly and keeping residents informed until matters are resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how busy the building can feel during peak hours, especially lifts and shared facilities. I’d also suggest getting familiar with parcel deliveries and parking arrangements early, as this makes settling in much smoother.

With its excellent location and comprehensive facilities, this is one of the best apartments in Birmingham.During my research on the apartment, a staff member named Tayla Mansell was very enthusiastic and patient in introducing the apartment to me and was very friendly and timely in helping me with various issues. She was great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property management team responded promptly to my concerns and communicated in a polite and professional manner. They provided explanations regarding the issue and expressed willingness to follow up if needed. Overall, the response was reassuring and satisfactory

My local area is nice and easy to live in. There are good local shops, takeaways and a few cafes, and bigger stores are not far away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond clearly, fix problems in good time which is nice

Sometimes noisy on weekends even with the windows closed

With bin men on strike the city streets are usually full of rubbish after parties. I have seen this on Saturday morning and Sunday morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not yet raised any problems because everything is okay in my apartment.

I enjoy view from the apartment facing but overall all good

Hardly any parking 🅿️ spaces available. Front street is a no to parking anyway so be ready to pay for private land on five ways or another nearby .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If the bin chutes were open will make life easier for tenants to make trash throw easy.

Very little spaces for car park. The street parking is expensive and car can be broken into.
