As expected with a big city, traffic can pile up in peak hours of the day especially when everyone is rushing to work at 9 in the morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been no major occurrence of a problem in my apartment

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just note that there can be traffic pilling up in the morning and evenings .

One of the biggest problems is no parking spaces which are very few inside of the Mercian parking spaces.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Just a few of them I come across my entire time to be here

Please get a good tour before getting to choose your apartment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living on Broad Street in Birmingham has its ups and downs. The main positive is the huge choice of restaurants, bars and entertainment all within walking distance, plus good public transport links and easy access to the city centre. There are some nice canal walks nearby too. On the downside, it can be noisy at night, especially at weekends, and parking is limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has generally been quick to respond and helpful when issues are raised. The concierge team is also very friendly and are always around. Moses and Peter are great to have around

Using nearby public transport is often easier than having a car, as parking is limited.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Various available transport like buses,trams and trains. Also taxi services available. The roads were busy on Christmas and new year.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All problems raised have been done quickly but front door has been out of service

Get the up floors which are much quieter and spacious.

A convenient and lively building in the heart of Birmingham. Plenty of local shops to choose from for food and plenty of public transport available throughout the day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management can be slow to respond back but otherwise helpful

There’s a lot of issues constantly with the hot water and front door not working
