It’s a good location with decent amount of shops and restaurants and ordering fast food. Transport is good and it’s pretty safe and easy to get around the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Respond back in good time and helpful with most things pretty quickly

The area can feel a bit crowded at times with many people

Slow traffic and congestion Excellent location Little parking available Good transport link to other destinations

High maintenance levels Good Samsung quality furnitures

New neighbours are going to like Moda very much. Excellent neighbours.

Because The he Mercian is at the heart of Broad Street, there is a lot of activities going on so sometimes it can be crowded.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It's annoying when the main do is breaking down and we have to go round.

Everything has been done professionally so I have little comments.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

On weekends there is a lot of things going on in the front street. I am aware that there is night clubs along the street that produce crowds and noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Few issues are recorded for my apartment but my friends have a good report.

There have no bad report and I ask my friends to move to Moda.

As expected with a big city, traffic can pile up in peak hours of the day especially when everyone is rushing to work at 9 in the morning.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There has been no major occurrence of a problem in my apartment

Just note that there can be traffic pilling up in the morning and evenings .
