Located conveniently close to public transportation, shops and various dining options. Right in the middle of one of busy streets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I really receive all the support from staff members.

Grand to have chosen this floor with fantastic views.

There is a mix of noisy nights and quiet nights depending on the day of the week. What you on a Monday night is the absolute opposite of what you get on a Saturday night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have access to digital key for room access. Everything is made easy and simple.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have loved the extra space for storage and enough kitchen drawers

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

With city living comes some challenges like traffic congestion and lack of enough parking spaces. The Mercian have these ones as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has been explained to me about the residents online communication.

It has been an absolute pleasure to be at this wonderful place.

Since Tesco opened across the road, everything seems easy. No long walks for essentials like milk or bread.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

During winter they helped with my heating system which was down

Moving here was a wise move . Birmingham is an amazing city.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are multiple shop options outside the building and is a lively place to live in the centre of the city. Transportation access is very good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is quite helpful and responsive although sometimes factors that are not in control of the management cause some certain delays or issues like front door fixing and stuff like that otherwise the staff is quick to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing which is the rubbish chute. Although it would make much of a difference but maybe I would be mentally prepared.
