Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
It’s a very nice location with plenty of choices in food to choose from in a central location of Birmingham. There’s good transportation all round but sometimes can be heavy with a lot of traffic around rush hour. There’s a lot of bars and such in the area so be aware of noise on weekends
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very well and very professional all round. The management have always been excellent
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There’s no parks or anything like that in the area if you like going for walks or have a dog.
Manager response
Thank you Amar - we really value your feedback. Great to know that you have had a positive experience at The Mercian. I wonder if you have found Edgbaston Reservoir or Cannon Hill Park to take your dog for a walk, both lovely...We really appreciate your time. THANK YOU

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Birmingham’s Broad Street is lively and full of great places to eat, drink, and enjoy a night out. There are lots of restaurants, bars, and clubs, plus nearby canals for a nice walk. It’s a fun, friendly area with plenty to do and a great atmosphere. There’s good transport but parking spaces are limited
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Managers are very nice. Rob and Molly are always very professional and always helpful. Moses and Peter on the night team are the nicest guys and always willing to help with anything.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There's very limited parking spaces here and Tennant street on the back of the building isn’t free
Manager response
Thank you so much N.! We really appreciate your feedback.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Location is very convenient with a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and open spaces nearby, making it easy to enjoy both day-to-day living and nights out. Broad Street can be quite noisy, especially if your home faces the main road, and Tennant Street also has heavy traffic, which adds to the noise levels. On the positive side, the area is very central, so you’re never short of food delivery options, with plenty of variety to choose from. Being so close to the city centre and New Street Station is a huge benefit, particularly if you travel to London often, as the commute is quick and straightforward.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Both Peter and Moses are especially supportive, approachable, and go out of their way to help, which makes dealing with any problems a much more positive experience.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Broad Street if your apartment faces the main road, and also along Tennant Street where traffic is quite heavy. It’s worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to noise.
Manager response
Thank you Mo- we have a fab team , we are so pleased they have made such a positive impact to your experience at The Mercian.
