Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The street is a little noisy on certain days but otherwise very nice. There is some anti social behaviour but that’s mainly on Fridays and Saturdays. Otherwise everything is fine and it’s generally safe

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is very good and the building seems well maintained

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There aren’t any big supermarkets near the area for shopping so you will have to do online shopping for groceries

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Shops not many but enough for little things, some restaurants okay, bars few but nice. Open space small park near, good for walk. Bus and train near but sometimes late. Street quiet most time, parking hard when busy, bins come on time. No much trouble, little traffic noise only.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Managers are very helpful with residents in Moda!!

We are happy with everything since move in but front door making things difficult. Please fix it soon

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Open spaces are close, so it’s easy to go for a walk or relax. Transport is okay, buses and trains not too far, but sometimes a bit slow. Parking can be tricky at busy times

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff in reception try their best. Peter and Moses have always been very friendly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

wish I knew before moving how noisy it can be sometimes, especially from street traffic and people in flats above. Also parking is harder than I thought, need to plan for visitors.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I’ve really enjoyed living here — it’s such a fantastic, high-end development, designed perfectly for professionals. I’ve been a resident for two years, and I’m now preparing to move abroad. Thanks Charlotte, Molly and Tayla’s help.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In general, the management team has been very kind and responsive — they’ve always dealt with my queries efficiently. However, the reception staff haven’t been quite as warm as I expected. Perhaps they’re under a lot of pressure, but they often appear expressionless, sometimes even impatient, or they keep me waiting for quite a while. That’s the only part of my experience here that’s felt a little uncomfortable.

That’s a very good question. Before moving in, I was genuinely excited about living here — especially because the staff member who showed me around was so friendly and welcoming. However, after moving in, I found that the reception team weren’t quite as warm as I had expected. The contrast was quite noticeable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Every weekend is an enjoyable one with many places to choose from. Can be cinema, night out or just checking out from my wide window facing Broad Street.

With the use my app I have logged in any issues with my apartment

This has been an eye opener for me and I have come to know this city well
