The bin storage clean but there is rubbish on the floor on weekend. Moses make us feel safe and Peter is there to ensure residents are served.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have been advised about the Moda app which I have now so that everything is recorded. All previous situations have been done ✅

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Online viewing was with clear pictures which explained everything I needed

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Overall a very nice and convenient area. Can be a bit busy and crowded on weekends that’s all. Transport is good and regular

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team have been super helpful and fast in responding to any requests. Moses and Peter in reception are always helpful also.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can be a bit noisy and crowded on broad street on weekends. Just be aware of that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has a lively atmosphere and plenty of open spaces to relax in. The location of the building is excellent, especially for students, as transport links are very convenient with easy access to buses and trains. It’s a vibrant and well-connected part of the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always been very helpful and responsive. Once, I couldn’t find my parcel, and Moses quickly assisted me in locating it. He was kind, efficient, and made sure the issue was resolved smoothly.

Everything has been wonderful so far and haven’t had any issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a lot of things to do in the area if you like going out. But it’s also an excellent place to live for convenience. There’s Tesco and Sainsbury’s across the street and a 24/7 shop near the round about if you need anything at all. Morrisons is only a 10 minute walk if you want to do any shopping. The public transport is great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management in the building is very helpful at all times. Any issues with anything is taken care of very quick. The concierge team are also very good the best guys are Moses and Peter without a doubt.

Transport is really good and frequent!! Broad street is full of shops and places to eat. You can always find something you enjoy eating here. There’s parking availability on tennant street

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues or anything like that so far. But there’s always staff around

It can be a little noisy if you live in the lower floors
