They are always responsive and try their best with residents

They have been very helpful and Moses and Peter take good care of the building and do a great job

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Broad Street has loads of bars, clubs and places to eat, so there’s always something going on. You can walk to the canals, Brindleyplace and the Mailbox for nicer spots too.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Management has been helpful and quick to respond. Moses and Peter are always friendly, polite and sort things out fast, which makes living here much easier.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I didn’t realise how loud Broad Street can get late at night, especially on weekends. It’s a fun area, but if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport is handy with trams, buses and New Street not far, but traffic can get busy at night. It’s lively, so weekends can be noisy and parking isn’t the best. Bins are collected often enough.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Helpful and professional responding quite fast usually
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is limited throughout the building here and can be quite a wait to get a spot.
