The Mercian's location on Broad Street is superb, with numerous great restaurants in the vicinity. Access to public transport, such as buses and the tram network, is effortless. There’s a tram stop literally steps away from the main entrance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A big shout-out to Tayla, who I interact with the most. She is consistently efficient, polite, helpful, and professional. Additionally, a big thank you to Charlotte for leading such a great leasing team. Molly, another prominent member of the management team, is also lovely and indispensable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As someone new to the city and the country, I settled in quickly because there are so many good people living here. In particular, I am grateful for all the help, support, and generosity of Jing, who’s been a resident for years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All Birmingham stations are at easy access transport links. Train stations, the tram, coaches, local buses and also taxis can be found with ease.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The bins chutes are always closed with no explanation. It takes a while to go to bin stores

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bins are a far distance. I prefer if the the chutes were working.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a problem of traffic when closing road to shopping. Noise is round on every Saturday. So just be aware that the streets are busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Front door is broken for the last few days. We have to exit at the back which is inconvenient for us.

More frexible renting options would be appreciated.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local living offers both conveniences and challenges. The advantages include a wide variety of high-quality high street shops and restaurants, a large Victoria Park with amenities, and excellent bus and train connections, making commuting easy. The disadvantages are that these advantages bring with them a surge of foot traffic, making street parking difficult to find. There is occasional noise and antisocial behavior in some bar areas in the evenings, and while garbage collection is regular, street cleanliness can be a problem. Also please let me mention about Peter who is the concierge of Moda, he helps us a lot when we scared

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team is very responsive to any issues. Every time I report a problem through the online portal, they usually send a repairman to my home within 24 hours. They also proactively call back to confirm once the issue has been fully resolved. This thorough and thorough approach makes me feel reassured and valued.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known that Wednesday nights are "live music night" at a nearby bar. While the atmosphere is great, the subwoofer sound can faintly reach my bedroom, which was completely unnoticeable during daytime viewings. New neighbors should be mindful of traffic on Thursday mornings during garbage collection; the trucks can be quite noisy.

It is a very modern residential building, very safe and also modern decorations. Tayla made everything much easier for us and I am very grateful she is there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they do respond quickly. Any issue is taken in consideration.

All are great things. Tayla made things easier and the communication of her was very fast, she approved on helping me step by step, which is something I really appreciate
