The building is situated at a very convenient location. The bus and tram is available at the doorstep and since it is literally in the heart of birmingham, all prime restaurants and lively pubs or clubs are just around the corner.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management has always been considerate about all the listed issues

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

During the weekends the only drawback remains the Broad Street commotion. It is not as much, but can cause inconvenience once in a while

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very good and close to the centre of Birmingham. Very accessible to other areas since it’s located in the city centre

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had to keep asking for issues to be fixed. They are responding with disrespect to me specially maintenance, team and upper management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish they told me about all the noise in the building and in the street as it disturbs my sleep schedule

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - Very central location with some great restaurants nearby. Bad - Broad street can extremely busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In terms of any issues in the building, the maintenance team have been super responsive

I wish I would’ve discovered Yorks Cafe at the Ikon Gallery sooner!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient location with everything you need around, the area is safe and accessible to get to other locations.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was fast and efficient as Craig from maintenance responded very quickly and fixed my toilet flush and smoke alarm. He was very friendly and when I have questions or issues they respond to my emails fast as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only thing I wish I had known is people are able to look into the window at the lower floor as the activity area is right below my room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

all good, I feel like home, the stuff here are very nice and warm, staff are very friendly and helpful

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, Craig got my heating working very fast

No Vincent was very nice and guided me with the move in
