Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location in city centre.Sainsburys literally over the road, good selection of local pubs, bars & restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get an Uber if required. Secure underground parking for an additional nominal fee.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always found Courtney & Steve to be approachable, friendly & professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Bills really economical. Never had any issues with appliances. There can be traffic noise...but to be expected in city centre on the ring road!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location; close to town centre and supermarkets, close to train station. Poor bin collection - they don’t take recycling.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No. Some emails do not get any response from management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The pricing of certain rooms are ridiculous. You can be charged way more for a smaller place just because it has a “view”. Of what? Wolverhampton?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is very central in town. It’s got everything you need nearby. Near a large Sainsbury’s as well as the shopping centre. There’s also a leisure centre 5 minutes away. There’s underground parking for residents which is never full so you can always let guests park temporarily or alternatively there’s street parking and a car park right next to us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We still have a washer dryer which does not work. The maintenance man himself Steve is helpful but limited by his own management's in what can do.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The insulation is great. Barely use the heating in Winter but in summer it’s also very hot so it’s a real balance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops around easy access to everything, loads of food places near by. Easy access to the train station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always really quickly and any issues were resolved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. Everything was as expected. The only thing I would say is we had security there all the time when moving in but that stopped very quickly and it would have been just nice to know.
