Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good: The building is modern, spacious and well designed, with a layout that feels open and airy. Bad: It can feel a bit cold due to the large central space, and there isn’t much interaction with neighbours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues I’ve had were eventually resolved, but the waiting times were quite long. I understand they manage many apartments, but faster solutions would make a big difference. The team has always been friendly and polite.”

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to know that the co-working space is only open during office hours and that the area can be a bit noisy at times. The apartment also gets less natural light than I expected, but overall I’m happy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the location because it's close to the railway station and the city centre. There are many restaurants and bus stations nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since I arrived, my bed isn't even, and there's a small crack on my shower floor, but I have complained many times to the management about this, but they have disregarded it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the way building management responds to problems and issues.

Well-Managed, Safe and Modern Living

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin collections are always on time and the bin room is very clean with no unpleasant smells. The area is close to the town centre with plenty of shops and takeaway options nearby. Public transport links are convenient, although traffic noise in the area can be quite noticeable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been very responsive and consistently resolves any issues I raise quickly and efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the parking fees would increase quite a bit — it went from £70 to £100, which feels quite pricey. It would be great if parking were included or offered at a more reasonable rate for residents.
