Always found Courtney & Steve to be approachable, friendly & professional.

Bills really economical. Never had any issues with appliances. There can be traffic noise...but to be expected in city centre on the ring road!

Nice apartment , letting agent lets it down.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Ironworks is in an X industrial area so it is not in the middle of a central business district however there is still grocery shops in walking distance and a short walk to the city centre. It is close to the universities and away from lots of the noise of sheffield. There doesn’t seem to be too much antisocial behaviour or criminal activity as there is not much value around the only other residential places are other apartments and student living which is nice as that does not attract much crime.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

as mentioned, I wanted to chase up the bills for the hot water as we didn’t want to pay them in one lump so yeah, it took six months for them to send us our first bill. We’ve had nine month tenancy and we are only two weeks left living here and we still have not been sent an inventory report that we can add to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the letting agent company and their way of doing things.
