Close to the mall and local shop/restaurants. Easy bus access. Quieter side of the city center with less noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response to any issues! They came the next day when I had an issue with the boiler.

Building gets very cold in winters. Requires more heating

Good transport links, 9 mins into Manchester Piccadilly by train. Property 4 mins a from Stockport station. Good variety of shops nearby in Mersey square, good bars and restaurants near by.

Partially. Concerns have been looked into, not satisfied with response however

Noise from locals outside the McDonalds on weekends

The area has a simple mix of shops, food places and transport options. It’s generally okay to live in, with normal street activity. Nothing major stands out, but overall it’s acceptable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have generally responded in a reasonable and timely way, addressing issues as expected.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the car parking availability, as it can be limited at certain times and isn’t always clear from a viewing.
