The range to local shops is excellent. The property is basically central to lots of amenities. Though parking is limited but the property is very close to different transport facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Right on time and there are always available to attend to service users

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Basically, I wish there were more parking spaces for the whole apartment but owing to the number of apartments, it’s practically impossible considering the location

Located centrally, good access to downtown core. Aldi next door, nearby gas station and numerous shops and cafes around as well. Walking distance from a good primary school and 10 mins walk to hospital.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes! Every issue raised has been dealt with promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Need to buy fans for warmer weather -- bedroom windows don't open fully so hard to get a breeze going.

Spinners Yard is situated in a convenient area in Leeds (LS7), offering quick access to the city center, local amenities, and reliable transport links. The surrounding neighborhood is generally walkable and pleasant, though traffic noise along Skinner Lane can occasionally pick up during peak commuting hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management was completely unhelpful and inflexible when issues were raised, defaulting strictly to corporate policy rather than working with residents to find reasonable solutions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how strictly management enforces property inventory rules without offering any on-site storage solutions, making it very difficult for families with children to adapt room space to their needs.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really local to Leeds central town is only a 20 min walk away, great transport links and a shop right opposite for any last min needs. The noise was fine.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Swiftly and easily solved, I didn’t have many issues at all during my time there

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I’d miss it this much when I’d have to leave the place

There’s an aldi opposite which is very convenient, there are also shops that sell halal meat within 10min walk. There are plenty of bus stops which helps with ease of traveling.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned above, any issues are quickly responded to.

I would’ve liked to know what the average bills would come up to be so I could’ve figured how much to budget.
