Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Lexington is a stunning building in a stunning location. For convenience and essentials stopping, there is a Sainsburys adjacent to the site, and a Tesco just a short walk away. If perhaps you fancy a nice meal or some drinks, the dock is situated very close; about a 5-10 minute scenic walk along the River Mersey. There is parking available for those who drive, but if you do not, buses are abundant around the local area as well as James Street train station nearby. There is a good waste system in the building, with a clear recycling strategy albeit the waste chutes that are available per floor seem to seldom work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have had no issues yet that have needed to be resolved, but the system for it in place is very trivial and easy to use.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It gets very hot in your apartment on the waterfront side during hot days, so factor that into your decision on which apartment you would want to choose.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Right on the edge of town, not too quiet but not too busy, everything’s a walk away! Very convenient place to live

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I have had a few minor issues in my time at the Lexington and they have been sorted in quick succession

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tips to new neighbours would be to not be afraid of nervous to talk to people within the building, staff or residents. When I first moved here I kept to myself, walked around with my head down but I’ve come to make friends in the building over time and gotten to know numerous people!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is a nice place to live as a student. It has many rooms for us to go in and study in peace. Callum on concierge is very nice and is always helpful. Caitlin, Kyran, Andy, Paige and Anton are also great additions to the team!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always courteous when it comes to dealing with requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I moved from another country, so having friendly staff to make me feel at home was nice.
