Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Birmingham city centre is vibrant and convenient. Great mix of shops, restaurants, bars and green spaces like Cannon Hill Park nearby. Excellent transport links via Birmingham New Street station make commuting easy. Parking can take planning, but a lively, friendly atmosphere make it a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficient and caring management team. Every single team member has a great level of responsibility and genuinely help out. The team also build very personable relationships - Irina is a great manager for her team and drives the right kind of behaviours. Massive credit to Augustina who tries to bring the residents together through innovative ideas. All other members of the team are great too!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great co-working space and comraderie amongst the residents. Very good environment!

It’s amazing location with amazing public transportation connections that are easy and affordable. Amazing close services like Morrison supermarket, Pizza Hut and Dominoes, Post office, and etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response and available maintenance took care of everything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have nothing bad to say, but my experience here disturbs due to the flat size. To be honest it’s average size of the same other flats in the city. I want to feel more comfortable in larger places which I can’t found it here. Also I felt the prices were increased and I think they follow the market prices.

The area itself is very well located, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and it’s close to the city centre. Transport is also very convenient, with trains, trams, and buses all nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team have been responsive whenever I’ve raised any issues. Maintenance requests are handled efficiently, and anything logged through the system is usually resolved within a few days, which makes things feel well managed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only downside is that mobile signal can be quite poor at times. That said, even if I had known this beforehand, I would still have chosen to move here, as it’s not easy to find a good place in this city.

The area has excellent access to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities, with the city centre near. Transport links are very convenient, with trains, trams and busses all within easy reach.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance is attentive and they respond promptly. When you look an issue on the portal, it is usually resolved within a couple of days.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that they do not give out fobs anymore, it would’ve been nice to have but it does not drastically affect my experience living here.

Good: safe, close to a lot of things, concierge is very nice and useful Bad: there are a lot of events happening, but for Ramadan or Eid they didn’t do any events. That’s offensive as a lot of Muslims reside in this building

Fixed the issue, but took abit longer than expected
