I really like the design of the open space that look amazing and high quality with art and modern design. The building management are perfect and the manager are really helpful. Moreover, the lobby have a room for storage some large parcel and the manager can help you to keep my parcel when I’m not at home. And there have a locker rooms for taking parcel with the code will received with email that is so convenient for me.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think the fantastic point is so convenient for living here in daily life and the home security is really good that makes me feel safe and assured. Also, the building located in a good place which is convenient for take the transportation and just cross the road there have a large supermarket for daily purchase. Moreover, the post locker system is very useful for me to online shopping.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I think the manager are nice and helpful, when I have problem they will help me to solve it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not sure where to check in when first day come, the bus stop side door is always close and I don’t know the correct entrance and find the manager in the car park side. But this is not a big problem.

The Lansdowne is well-managed and makes living easy.

Good - The management team is professional and friendly. They can resolve our problems promptly. The renting process is quick and easy. The Lansdowne is well-managed and makes living easy. There are parcel lockers, so I don't have to stay home for deliveries. There are also common facilities, like a cultural hub, that allow residents to work at the hub instead of in their own homes. Bad - The gym is a bit small.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is close to the City Centre, and it takes a 30-minute walk. There is also a tram stop just a 5-minute walk away. A Morrison supermarket is just across the road from the Lansdowne.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I would like to praise the management team. On the first day when we moved in, our cat was so scared that it jumped to the top of the fridge and became trapped. The management team quickly responded and rescued our cat. I cannot thank them enough.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nil. I have questioned the management team my concerns before I moved in. They have answered my questions clearly and promptly.

Great place to live in Birmingham city ⭐️

Aliina (Tenant)

Oct 2023

We lived there for over a year and only moved out to get a mortgage. I highly recommend Lansdowne for anyone want to rent flat in Birmingham city as you will be well care for and won’t be disappointed. The common areas are cleaned everyday by in-house cleaning team 😊

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best things about living there is 24 hours concierge team who make the place very secure to live and deal with smokers and anti social behaviour. The place make me feel safe and clean and modern flat equipped with air filtering system. I was able to finally adopted the cat because they allowed pet. We rented storage space at the basement that is so convenient to store stuffs that we don’t need often.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they are very responsive They deal with repairs, noisy neighbour and smokers in the building very efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We get rid of microwave we owned and wish we would have kept it. The microwave + oven combination in the flat is hard to use and have to remember to take out all metal tray before using microwave mode and it doesn’t rotate like proper microwave. I wish I know that pets aren’t allow in common areas.

Design of the building is lovely, exactly how I would have wanted to. Facilities are great except the broken ice machine which has been broken since we moved in and the now broken coffee machine (please fix!). Management are friendly and helpful. The building is very clean.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

location is great, all amenities are within walking distance and the transport links are perfect. Would love the ability to have guest parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, had a leak which was fixed quickly and the issue was resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How you can’t have guests park very easily at the building. They have to use paid parking in the vicinity or use Public transport.

Would like to see more exercise areas

Venus (Tenant)

Would like to suggest more leisure and exercise areas. We enjoy using fitness studio and table-tennis. If there are more areas for exercise, that will be great. The design of leisure centre on grond floor is very nice. However, mosquito exist durjng summer time. Cleaningness and temperature are also important there.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good and convenience location. Excellent security and property management. Hope they can speed up the maintenance of fitness machinery and leisure area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond for our problem quickly but they usually send contractor to fix the problem 2 weeks later as they usually treat our problems as non urgent.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It is a very clean and new building. Staffs are very nice here and it is very comfortable to live here.

Thanks for the detailed feedback! We will take all points on board. Contractors are instructed on the same day when the repair issue is reported however, they may have limited availability to attend immediately for non -urgent repairs. We will discuss it with them. Thank you.
