Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Ideal location to live in, great accessibility to train station, tram and buses. Lovely pubs around the area. 10 mins walk to Edgbaston Reservoir which is a great place for a evening jog. Major supermarkets are close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Almost instantly, very professional and prompt in sorting out issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None, everything is as good as I was explained before moving in. But the parking lot cleanliness is something which I never thought would be such a mess.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have only positive things to say about the development. Lansdowne is ideally located, with supermarkets, nurseries, GP surgeries, and hospitals all nearby. Everything you need is within a short travel time of around 10 minutes max. There’s also a great selection of restaurants in the area, which adds to the convenience and lifestyle appeal. One minor downside might be some traffic noise, but this is effectively addressed by the excellent soundproofing in the apartments. Overall, it’s an excellent place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All the issues were attended to very swiftly and effectively. The portal is very user friendly too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I do hope the parking allocation process can be improved so that spaces are assigned as soon as a tenant moves in. Personally, I had to wait a few weeks to get my parking sorted, which made things quite difficult during that time. Aside from this, everything else has been very good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best part of living at The Lansdowne , Hagley road is the location. There is a Morrisons right opposite, tram which takes you to the Station , City centre, library and a beautiful church, park and nursery nearby. Ideal location. Havent experienced antisocial behaviour. Parking availabilty is great as well as there is Five ways car park opposite. Only issue is the ambulance noise once in a while as the apartment is on the main road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes it was responded to immediately . The process to raise maintenance issue is also easy and the concierge is available 24 hours to address any issues. Special mention to Augustina who has always been so helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was briefed in advance so dont have any bad insights to share

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the fact I can go anywhere in town easily cos of the access to trams and there are 24hr shops around only red flag is the above ground parking delivery trucks might hit your car when trying to move in and out of the property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately and attentively they acted as soon as I reported

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

So far so good it’s a nice property I would recommend

Anurag (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in Birmingham city centre is vibrant and convenient. Great mix of shops, restaurants, bars and green spaces like Cannon Hill Park nearby. Excellent transport links via Birmingham New Street station make commuting easy. Parking can take planning, but a lively, friendly atmosphere make it a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficient and caring management team. Every single team member has a great level of responsibility and genuinely help out. The team also build very personable relationships - Irina is a great manager for her team and drives the right kind of behaviours. Massive credit to Augustina who tries to bring the residents together through innovative ideas. All other members of the team are great too!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great co-working space and comraderie amongst the residents. Very good environment!

Manager response

Thank you so much for such a generous and detailed review, Anurag — it really means a lot to the whole team. We’re delighted to hear how much you’re enjoying living in the building and Birmingham city centre, and that the design, facilities, and communal spaces have made such a positive day‑to‑day difference for you. It’s especially lovely to read your kind words about Irina, Augustina, and the wider team. We’re proud of the care, professionalism, and sense of community they bring, and your recognition of their efforts will absolutely be shared with them. Creating a welcoming, well‑run environment where residents feel connected is exactly what we strive for. Thank you again for recommending us and for being such a valued part of the community. We’re really glad to have you here.
