Yes, they were very helpful and quick to respond to needs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just know the bus station is not in service. Otherwise, very good and as expected

The Lansdowne, B16

Mar 2026

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lansdowne is an modern development and overall it’s a comfortable place to live. The apartments are well laid out and feel practical, with decent use of space and good natural light. The design is clean and functional which works well for day to day living. Communal areas are kept in good condition and give a decent first impression when you walk in. The facilities are just as you’d expect and make life convenient falling nicely into a balanced routine for every day living. Overall it feels like a straightforward, well thought out development that prioritises practicality and comfort with luxury.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately without delay, very accommodating so thank you.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How friendly my neighbours and concierge team are, I would have took on a Costco membership prior to my stay for all the brownies / cakes they deserve.

Lovely place to live!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is very convenient and enjoyable. There’s a great range of local shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment nearby, with lots of good food options and places to socialise. It’s also only a short walk into the city centre, which offers even more to do and see, from shopping and dining to cultural attractions and nightlife. The canals are close by and the reservoir isn’t far either, which is nice for walks and some green space away from the city. Transport links are excellent, with a tram stop right outside near a large Morrisons, plenty of bus routes, and easy access to e-bikes and scooters, making it very easy to get around. I have my own parking space so parking isn’t an issue. The street can be a bit noisy at times due to traffic and the occasional siren, but that’s fairly typical for city living and not a major problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t needed to raise any problems, as the building is well maintained. Management communicate clearly and keep residents informed in advance about any scheduled maintenance or works.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I don’t think there’s anything I wish I’d known in advance, but I’d recommend making use of the shared social spaces and facilities early on, as they’re a great part of the building and help it feel like home quickly.

Manager response

Hi Will, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. We're really glad to hear you're enjoying the design, facilities, and community atmosphere here—it means a lot to the whole team. It’s great to know the local area and transport links are working well for you too. We really appreciate your kind words about the staff and management, and we’re delighted that the social spaces have helped make the building feel like home. If you ever need anything at all, we’re always here to help.
