We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The Kiln Works has a central location, set off the Commercial Road almost halfway between the City and Canary Wharf. Limehouse DLR and C2C station in Zone 2 is only 5 minutes’ walk away.

The design of the building is good, with secure bike storage and secure letter boxes behind external locked door. There is a sainsburys at the end of the road, and a Waitrose in St Katherine’s Docks. The communal garden is a nice addition, which allows for communal socialising.

my apartment design is ok and probably the only good thing i can say about this place. building entrance design is tight and poor especially the 2nd entrance door, should make a back entrance so can easily get the bikes through, having the single disabled parking is a waste, the space here could be more useful. now the property management, its appalling with my numerous issues it takes forever to get fix and the team tends to fob off the issues you really need to scream and shout before they actually do anything. the issues ive had with the development, washing machine pipes wasn't connected and caused leakages, toilet pipes wasn't connected and installed properly and now the water damage has now damaged the walls and 3 areas, still pending to be fixed. not doubt there will be more issues. so i don't recommend anyone to buy this place or from NHG builders.

Well designed, great light and natural air. Notting Hill Genesis take a hands off approach, the building continues to face leaks and other challenges after one year of ownership. Security remains an issue with broken doors/locks and parcels/letters continually being stolen.

The design of the development is great - modern and minimalistic - exactly what I wanted and I’m very happy with this. Everything has been designed extremely well! Facilities are average but this is not a problem at all. However, the building / property management has been extremely poor so far. It has taken very long to resolve most issues in the flat and in the communal areas (no water and lift issues etc). Very disappointed with how the management has been so far - this needs improvement and I look forward to seeing changes in quality of service.
