Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very convenient for central London. I love the local pub scene. My flat is also very quiet considering how central it is.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How to form a tenants association, better to deal with estate management
What is the best feature of your home:
I have a lovely balcony on which I can tie a hammock

Old reviews unnecessarily tarnish the building's great value

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
This area is central and relatively safe - never had any issues in 5 years time. The proximity to the Sainsburys, local shops, Limehouse station and Cable street cycle lane makes it a very well connected location. Local buses stop next to the building as well which is very helpful to move around.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
New built are built well and provide superior quality in terms of amenity and durability but are sold at a premium. We used a snagging inspector before buying who highlight some very minor issues that could be fixed before we completed.
What is the best feature of your home:
Location is great for both the City, West End and Canary Wharf, good service charges under control compared to all other new builds, essential features of the building work great, great views of East London on upper floors, Community is great with like minded young professionals that own most units

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Nice cafes and access to river path is great! There are some nice restaurants in the area too, and Genesis cinema is not far away (15min walk).
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Issues raised have been dealt with in a reasonably orderly fashion.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Expect for delays if buying from new. As snagging always seems to add to the timeline.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
the only good thing is the proximity of a local Sainsbury. apartment is too close to the railway even with all the windows closed the noise is still noticeable. the tunnel that goes to cable street is dark at night, stinks and has many pot holes. parking disobeyed daily with the white Ferrari always parking illegally.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
yes they do eventually only by shouting and then its super slow and with out care or empathy
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
avoid due to the many above issues, but hard to know before moving in tbh

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Super well located, with main bus lines, the DLR and Cycle Superhighway all within seconds walk. The Overground can also be reached easily. Tower Hamlets Council do however take very poor care of the area, there is constant litter and drug abuse on the streets outside.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Eventually....and slowly.....after many many chasing messages and reminders (and legal threats).
