Fantastic place to live very quiet. Any issues have been dealt with straight away by maintenance. All the team are great especially Reece who looks after us.

Nearest shop is 10 minutes walk away. Takes 15 minutes to walk into town. No traffic noise or antisocial behaviour.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management respond Very quickly and and appropriately

It’s difficult to get to train stations without a car. Otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Pros: nice, clean and quiet area, not much traffic and good views of the Mersey. Cons: bit of a walk to get into town but still do-able. Could do with more supermarkets, bars, restaurants nearby.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team respond very quickly and deal with any issues or questions in a helpful and friendly manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Bit of a niche thing, but my apartment gets extremely hot being on the top floor. Also because it is quite windy, the windows tend to slam shut by themselves, so something to prop them open would be useful.

Living at the Keel is the best renting experience that I have ever had! It feels like that you live at the centre of everything since it's really close to bars, shops, concerts arena and you can't beat a sea front view! Special mention to the people supporting the complex like Reece and Sara, always helpful, always helping you with a smile, always available for a chat and a laugh, you will never feel alone!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes thay are always helpful and ready to help you with anything.

Just view the apartment complex because in photos doesn't give justice to the quality of the development.

I have not discovered any negative aspects to the property as it is close to all amenities with secure on site parking. The position and nature of the development gives a great feeling of safety with excellent facilities

The management have been very responsive to any queries I may have had and helped me settle in to a new home.

Had I known how lovely the Keel is I would have moved in far sooner
