Nice community of people and management arrange social activities every once in a while. We attended a summer, all expenses-paid, BBQ and a mindful crafting evening, again, with complimentary drinks and snacks. These led to truly wonderful afternoons and evenings mingling with other residents. Looking forward to and hoping for more!
Also, a couple of days before we moved in, we were told that unfortunately there had been quite an unforeseen leak in the apartment. However, they and the maintenance team worked effortlessly right up until we moved in to ensure the apartment was in fit condition for us, to which we are truly grateful.
My partner and I have already started the proceedings of renewing our lease and would highly recommend anyway looking for comfortable rented accommodation to at least go for a viewing!

Very desirable location. Close to the city centre, within reach of anything you could need. Lovely to be on the waterfront and a very nice private, secure location, away from the bustling nightlife, but close enough to easily join in.

Fab place to live
Front desk are always lovely – very helpful and remember little personal details which makes you feel valued. Loads of events open to all that The Keel puts on. Flat itself is great size, huge windows and high ceilings. Furniture is of very good quality and modern but homely. King size beds in both bedrooms but still plenty of room. No request seems too much trouble from management.

5 stars to the Keel and staff
The design is nice and modern but also has a homely feel – it is a perfect balance. Flat is very spacious – open plan kitchen / living room also makes it feel bigger. The gym is great with a good range of equipment. I like how occasions like Christmas, valentines and good weather are made into an occasion at the keel.

The keel is such a great place to live. This is the first place we have lived in liverpool but really offers us both worlds of being close to town but also quiet / plenty of private land. It has a very safe feel. The staff are very approachable and are quick to solve any issues at all. They are always friendly and provide a good atmosphere at the keel – special shout out to Reece and Neil!

From the first moment I came to view an apartment at The Keel, I was struck by the warm welcome I received and by the friendliness of the staff in particular Reece who’s job it was to show me round, even my little dog was made to feel welcome.
The apartments are warm, spacious and very well designed and their location on the waterfront couldn’t be bettered with buses, trains and shops within easy access and with a myriad of bars, cafes and restaurants a short walk away.
I have lived here for a few months now and I honestly can’t fault anything about The Keel, it really is a “Home from home ” and that is all down to the staff, from Marg and the other lovely cleaners who keep the building pristine clean, the maintenance team who are always on hand to carry out repairs and Annie and the rest of the management team who’s professionalism have helped create such a warm and welcoming environment and of course Reece who welcomes everyone with a cheery smile and for whom nothing is too much trouble.
They have all made The Keel a great place to live and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Boss gaff this
Easily the nicest place I’ve lived, lovely apartments and the gym facilities are excellent. The hallways are cleaned daily and the reception is always clean. All made even better by the selection of lovely and wonderful staff, shout out Reece and Alex!

There’s always coffee cups at reception, don’t go without 🤣
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any issues raised are fixed on the day with clear communication
Friendly and homey
It’s tall, and windows are absolutely massive which allows a lot of light in. I get quite depressed if the apartment is dark and even through the winter I have had light most days. I rarely hear people and it’s only during events like Halloween where it gets loud so apartments are well insulated.

Consider Moving to The Keel
The facilities and development are amazing. All of the rooms are large and spacious, with high ceilings, the onsite gym is modern, the reception area makes a welcome impression, and the coworking rooms are a nice added touch! It has a unique characteristic to it which has embodied parts of the old HMRC building, whilst adding a modern twist.

What I really enjoy about living in this area are the amazing views you get of the water and Liverpools Skyline. There are plenty of shops in walking distance, and it’s a city central location, which doesn’t feel like a city centre location (less noise).

We had all of our questions answered by Reece when we did our original viewing, which made it easy to say yes, as we felt well informed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had minimal issues, but the small issues we’ve had are always resolved within a day or two. Reece was a massive help when we first moved in supplying us with dolly carts to move boxes, and organising furniture to be taken out and added in.
Wouldn’t change a thing!
The design of our apartment is spot on, the flexibility you are given when moving in is great!! We were able to choose fully furnished and have been given the chance to change things out when/if we need to with things we buy for ourselves. Again, it’s perfect!

The only thing I wish we knew ahead of time was that when we book a viewing online that is not our actual viewing, but that was dealt with in a great way when we arrived

We wouldn’t know as we haven’t had any issues arise as of yet
