Close to wellington place, close to centre, secluded area and lovely garden on top of bridge. New design makes everything feel modern and is great in. The summer - always some event going on one way or another.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every time we have had an issue it has been dealt with swiftly and they genuinely care about making you happy - especially Clinton who has gone above and beyond for us before.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we knew that it existed sooner, because then we would have moved in!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Located near to city center, and close to train station and shops nearby. The building facilities are great, easy access and the front staff is very helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been very helpful with my queries or issues i have ever faced. Clinton from front desk reception has always been helpful and sorts out any queries i may have almost immediately. Even the parcels received are kept safe and secured by the management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I expected gym to be one of the facility however it has now been sorted and we have a gym setup in the premises of the property. This is great

Overall, my experience living here has been positive, and the staff have made a real difference to that. From the beginning, they have been friendly, helpful, and professional, which made settling in much easier and made the building feel much more welcoming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has generally responded well whenever I have raised any issues.

I had a really positive experience with Preet. The customer service was excellent from the start—always responsive, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. The team is genuinely friendly and approachable, which made the whole experience even better. It’s a great place to live, with a welcoming atmosphere and a strong sense of community. I’d definitely recommend Preet to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to call home.

Nothing everyone is really nice, the facility is really good with gym included

Very close to leeds city centre and access to the motorway but also out of the way from all the loudness

Always responded quickly when we needed help with bills or maintenance
