Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Very local and central for Leeds. Plenty of places to sit outside, and enjoy the views. Really convenient.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Eventually sorted issues, but a serious fire safety risk.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Temperature is awful, with zero air extraction. There's regulation for Immigration Enforcement where "the maximum temperature must not exceed 28ºC" according to the CIBSE Guide B.... but what about for rent-paying tenants? We experience this on a daily in Summer.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area is lovely, the garden is pleasant and the commodities are good. A real big store closer would be a plus.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We don't have any issue so far so we can't answer this.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We enjoy how friendly everyone is. We also enjoy that our keys works in every building at the junction, which avoid us long walk to go in/out of the dog park

yes maintenance requests are dealt with quickly and on time
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local area is fine, good access to Wellington place and about 20 min walk into town. Apartments look over train line. Absolutely no parking unless you want to pay £24 a day to park at the junction.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have managed to leave my tenancy early due to how poorly it’s been managed.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That there’s no parking available, and to make sure you get everything in writing to avoid being misled

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Wonderful restaurants very close by and easily accessible transport links. On Whitehall place there is so much choice from coffee shops to restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any maintenance issues are small and very quickly rectified.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How lovely it is to be a part of the community and with all the excellent events its so easy to make new friends.
