Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far everything has been fine with the location being an ideal place for me to get to UNI as well as go for some quick shopping or grab a quick snack with partner has never been more convenient for us

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As I have mentioned Clinton has been swift for us whenever I had an issue and I would like to also mention Josh who has also helped me on 2-3 occasions but never seen him recently but he has been swift in helping us as well.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wished would’ve have known that my neighbour was a problematic person and has done damages to his unit before this and is on the verge of eviction from the management. Unfortunately his leakage which he caused damaged my property and was asked to moved out shortly after just moving in. It was so troublesome. Please inform ur potential new tenants if their neighbours are problematic

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think it’s a nice living area because it’s kinda quite and close to the city entre and safe for walking home at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, quick and quickly done, easy for requesting repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really a thing, I wish I knew this apartment sooner

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nothing bad in particular , the good part is the location and shops and how close it is to Wellington square

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management were amazing and the are easy to cooperate with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how sound travels between apartments. While the building is generally well constructed, you can occasionally hear noise from neighbours, especially during quieter hours. It’s not a major issue, but something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to noise. I’d also recommend checking how the heating and ventilation system works early on, as it can take a bit of time to get used to the settings and find what’s most comfortable. On the positive side, I wish I had realised sooner how responsive the building management team is, as it makes it much easier to deal with any small issues that come up. My advice to a new neighbour would be to report any concerns early and make use of the facilities, as they’re one of the best parts of living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, plenty of communal events, discount at local businesses. In terms of bad aspects, we've had issues with the heating on a frequent basis.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brian was really great at fixing the issues we had in our flat. He was also really respectful of our space.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Frequent issues with the hot water and heating and no working bin chute.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is convenient, with a good mix of restaurants and cafes . Living in the area is really safe and I recommend it for everyone to students and employees. It’s near the train station about 15 minutes walk ! The area is really quiet during weekends

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes response really quickly and solve the problem fast especially when the how water goes off from while to while they offer us apartments to take shower at.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area here is really nice and peaceful, although if you’re apartment facing the train it can be a bit noisy sometimes.
