Greenford Quays offers a fantastic range of local amenities, including diverse shops l, excellent restaurants, and vibrant bars, catering to all tastes. The beautifully maintained open spaces provide a peaceful retreat for outdoor activities and relaxation. Transport links are highly convenient, with Greenford Station (Central Line and National Rail) and well-connected bus routes. A perfect blend of accessibility, community and quality amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any issues yet since moving in everything is going well so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One insight I’d share is to explore the surrounding green spaces early on – they’re great for unwinding and add so much to the lifestyle here. Another tip is to get familiar with the transport options; Greenford Station is super convenient, but buses can be a great alternative for local trips. I’d also suggest connecting with the property management team early – they’re very responsive and helpful, especially if you need assistance settling in (Krishna Gurung was fantastic in my experience). Lastly, check out the local cafes and restaurants – there are some hidden gems you might miss at first glance!

Glassworks court is centrally located with easy access to the station. The lovely open spaces, limited traffic noise and good parking all adds to the ambience of the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has responded to concerns fairly quickly which is a good sign

None, our leasing agent - Krishna provided us with accurate and detailed information about the property and ensured we were properly settled in. Couldn’t have asked for better.

I recently stayed at Charles Hope Apartments and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The accommodation was comfortable, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The location in Greenford is convenient, just a 7-minute walk to the underground. There are also shops nearby and a Starbucks for a morning coffee.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Glasswork Court management was great services given.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The closed free parking is 7 minutes walk, not many spaces available, the parking in the building is £15 per night.

The quality of life in this area is very good, and the people are really friendly. There are also many markets in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been responsive and professional in addressing any issues. They handle maintenance requests efficiently and ensure that concerns are resolved in a timely manner. Their communication is clear, and they strive to maintain a high standard of service for residents. Also the stay is enjoyable , especially Krishna.

The building management is very responsive, which is a great plus!.

Good amount of shops around. Parking available for a fee. Co-op, and two coffee shops on your door step. Gym in the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Had an issue with our toilet lid and it got resolved on the same day.

Nothing comes to mind. Everything was great to be honest
