Very practical, facilities are great, good convenient location, safe place to live with security 24hrs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall good, there is always somebody from management team or security in the front desk. Additionally, there is a phone, email and a WhatsApp group available to report any issues or queries.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure to visit different apartments (if possible) within the property. There are different types of arrangements and views, so make sure you choose the one that suits you the most.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There's an excellent selection of local shops, like tesco is less than a 10 minute walk. There a great variety of restaurants as were in Birmingham City center, as well as excellent transport links due to this prime location. The bin collection service is great, plus there's hardly any traffic noise coming into the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I couldn't find the bins when I first moved in and they were helpful.

Great location to be in Birmingham city center which means the transport links are great.

Living here has been a great experience. The apartment comes with its own spacious terrace, which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The building is well maintained, bin collections are reliable, and the environment feels safe and quiet. Transport links are convenient, making daily life very comfortable overall.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The reception staff are all very friendly and helpful, always handling deliveries promptly. In particular, Kary is very responsible in dealing with every matter, and she is very supportive and professional.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how convenient the reception service is before moving in. The staff are always friendly and efficient in handling deliveries, which really makes daily life easier.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is in the city center, with all the facilities and stores you need. Within 3 mins walk and you can reach the bullring center, which is literally convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They replied my emails immediately and treat every request very positively. The mattress of both rooms have been replaced.

I wish I could move in to this place earlier!!!!!!
